Your going to find out the REALITY of this dire DEFAULTING on a sinkhole of debt soon enough.. the ONLY saving grace right now is the anomaly in gas prices that has NOTHING to do with this showers efforts, if they were in a strong position they would get this out of suspension ASAP, and ride the advantage borne to them from global unrest in the hope it will wash over their underlying situation, though it might be difficult to do while driverless anyway.. Nothing changes in reality, my projection remains exactly the same.

1) They will scrape through a weak deal with Trafigura, likely over a longer period, to counter the potential penalties for default, and to lower the sinkhole of debt quarterly repayment plan.

2) Production will drop off AGAIN as induced liquids build more quickly due to lowering flowing pressures.

3) They will almost certainly incorporate some pipedream blurb to wash through a notable placing for you lot to hang your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow hats on.

4) Highly likely the volatility will drop prices like a stone the minute some kind of line is drawn in the sand with Iran/US etc.

5) The upside dreamers will continue to rally on about the 1p club for some time to come.

6) Opex will increase as they fight the liquids battle, and the cost of this tiny workover project they are currently on will oddly cost a huge chunk of any pot they were holding on to (a pot built on DEFAULTING)

7) Royalties owed will likely be handed down to shareholders as has ALWAYS been done in the past, just to dilute a little more.

8) followed by some sort of "consolidation" which is the ONLY way this will see 1p ever again.

100% positive in the EARLY slby days, this did have all the hallmarks to be a small company maker, BUT then they went all to sheite,,, hedges, loans, DIRE drilling mistakes that were well off piste to the original plans, costing 10 fold and achieving 1/3rd of the SIMPLE sidetrack planned, along with it taking the longest time in history. WITH enough confetti to sink a battleship and a mountain of debt that simply totally UNDERMINED the asset that was.

AND thus I changed my stance accordingly.... and NOTHING they have done to date has changed that undermined and dire situation they are still in.

ERMMMM NOPE WRONG or MISLEADING as USUAL... THEY were suspended due to some apparent smokescreen RTO in the Guff of Mehicooo WERE THEY NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the vast majority of us are convinced this shower WILL get a deal over the line, Tragi "allowing" them to do this very basic workover program to up production is logical, everything to gain, little to lose, in that Trafi (who hold ALL the cards) want their money, sooner than later.

The bottom line is not about the deal, but what is there going to be to give retail a break !! and as it stands with past Opex & hobnob costs being so high and consuming almost all previous revenue with NO debt repayment, then all I see at best right now, even with the hedges, is reaching a level of covering Opex, hobnobs and debt repayment, with likely just a small excess to cover contingency.

Where IS that retail upside going to come from ??? no one seems to be able to come up with anything realistic or viable...
