BeObjective - look at the figures and we know there is no sell off - there is no YET in the making - there is no drama other than some of the tosh that is being posted on all sides.

Yes the price has fallen - lots of shares have fallen when some others have risen - the fall in BPC has been at a fraction of a penny so whislt some of the larger holders that means multiples of £'000s they are not selling off either - they are taking it on the chin and looking at the longer term RISK.

As for the SP falling off - it has actually gained a couple of fractions over the past few days.

There was an advert on the telly a while ago "Don't make a drama out of a crisis" - There is no major crisis other than the ongoing uncertainty - however, folk are here to create drama and to be honest I am quite bored with it.

Which is the current situation - as your post suggests - interpretation of what we read can be polar opposite of what was intended.

BeObjective - the company have 2,134.8m shares in issue.

I would suggest anything remotely looking like a sell off would be around 30% pius of shares in issue.

That would equate to some 640,440,000 shares - Not even sure we have had that many traded all year - so come off it anyone who thinks everyone is selling off or even comtemplating selling out at this stage in large numbers.

Can we all take a bit of time to chill - lots of new faces recently - plenty of folk with an agenda - do your own research - if you are uncomfortable sell and bank your money and never look back OR if you are happy with the risk, buckle up and take the ride as it unravels.

Oddly that reminded me when there was talk about merging police forces/services.

I suggested a name for the merging of Northumbria, Durham and Cleveland Police services after the rivers they serve

If we all agreed on everything things would get boring - politeness costs nothing and all this posturing as a hard knock or victim is getting out of hand.

Not long now before we know the result of the voting - perhaps even learn something before the AGM - though not holding my breath.

Would anyone really feel there was an immediate danger to life? It is wind and pi55 and none of it would normally be said face to face. At the same time I suppose I should pass on the advice from Avon & Somerset Police which is:-

I pop in here every now and again to see if there is something new that I may have missed - quite a number of new posters over the past couple of months - a mixture of Specialist and DegsyAlmond - nothing new - as I mentioned earlier we have dug ourselves into our respective trenches and we all await the outcome that we want as individual investors/players/traders.

The AGM is in just over a week - I expect the count will have been done before then.

Lets get the AGM out of the way and we can move forward.

The company has stood on the point that it has done its research - commenced at the time of Alan Burns with Mr Burns handing over the reins to, whom he considered worthy, Simon Potter.

More than $100 million spent on surveys including 3D seismics which have shown up the well respected Moyes Report.

Nothing material has changed since that report was published - granted political agendas, pandemics etc have altered the journey and timescales BUT that report still stands and no amount of wind and pi55 will alter it.

We either believe or disbelieve what is contained in the report - the board have declared the ability to come through with the drill - we can argue the toss about finances etc as we always do - though recent interviews and broadcasts have declared the drilling of P1 will go ahead between December 2020 and mid February 2021.

Everything is apparently in place - I am sat on a lot (in my personal circumstances) of shares. I will be happy to see an steady increase once things settle down with regards to the acquisition of the Uruguay licence and merger with CERP.

Do your own bidding on the research you have carried out yourself - stick with what you decide and blame/praise nobody but yourself for the outcome.

will perhaps be a cause of market apathy and the gradual mark down of the SP point by point. I was surprised to see it holding on to 2.5 for as long as it did to be truthfully honest - it does appear that since the mongers of doom have appeared and continued to declare the price would drop, that in fact for whether market tedium or pressure from the above I am dropping in portfolio value at the moment.

Not long to wait for decisions to be broadcast - sub 2p may arrive and an opportunity to stick buy or sell will need to be made by holders or those waiting like hungry vultures.

There are three options on the voting - no - abstain - yes

One would hope that those who do not vote would be marked as abstentions rather than a yes/no 0r no/yes vote.

A grand total of 3 shares bought as a UT @2.95 showing on the ADVFN screen - We just have to have a little faith.

Harry - the comment by SP on that youtube video is that P1 Funding Strategy is in place - a coverall but they are very confident the finances will be okay.

I particularly like the bit in R3 where it only has to travel one mile from the port - though the exercise price is 2.8p which is a premium on today's price ;@)

The wait has not all been the fault of BPC so whilst it has been extremely frustrating we are where we are and I look forward to seeing where we are come February next year. Not long to wait in the bigger scheme of things.

I raise my hand and say I do not understand the numbers within the first 4 resolutions - Nor do I see an option for Yes or No to a merger.

Resolution 1 - increase of 1 billion shares

Resolution 2 - increase of 1.8 billion shares

Resolution 3 - increase of 200 million options/shares

Resolution 4 - increase to 10 billion shares - though that is a figure which equates to £200,000 at 0.002 pence each.

So a total increase of an additional 13 billion shares which is

CERP website shows their fully diluted shares total as 1,088,329,812

BPC latest update shows we have 2,483,776,085 in issue

A layman's terms response would be appreciated.

and look at the piddly amounts being traded currently - folk suggesting sell offs etc are talking nonsense - the price is fairly stagnant though dropped a fraction yesterday - we are in the doldrums but no spiking either way so fairly settled.

We are of course in a period of voting and an exceptional choice is to be made - the board of both companies of course are all for it - they would be of course.

People will make up their own minds and vote accordingly and we will find out how it goes by month end.

SP and EU have both said we will be drilling and finance is not an issue - we have the EA in place, we have the critical parts already paid for and warehoused - the drill which is perhaps the concern to some is set to come to us December to mid February. It has all been discussed on the various presentations and can be read on the website.
