Merely an observation Spiritefan et al. Perhaps the doom of zoom has befallen many.

I know when I sit through the various webinars that I do, there are a lot which are very dreary and perhaps because of the lack of someone asking him pertinent questions he did not have to be at his best.

I have to record a couple of presentations this week and perhaps some observers may find mine a little dreary too.

Better volume but hopefully volume will continue to be on the increase.

Willec - I wanted him to sound a little upbeat as he has in the past - his presentation piece was not negative - I am not saying that - what I am saying is compared to other presentations he has given he appeared to be a little lack lustre - it was my personal observation having seen him perform on numerous occasions. He lacked a bit of gusto. ;@)

Star - whilst there was no negative - his tone and energy level was lacklustre compared to other presentations.

I had expected him to sound a little upbeat at the very least.

He sounded a bit flat in his presentation - as if it was a bit of a chore.

willec - you appear to be a feeder - if you keep feeding trolls they will accept and remain annoying. See what occurs if you cease feeding for a while.

Around 10 mil traded and not a half hour into the trading day. We may have an interesting day ahead of us.

Just shy of 5 million buys this morning and bid up to a whole 2p this morning. Bit early to party of course - but perhaps a start as news comes along for the drill ship.

How wrong was I !!!!

Would be nice to see so debate about the company I am invested in rather than the torment that we have endured over the past couple of months.

Proactive Investors article from August 13th may suggest a possible reason why no newsflow : - has told investors it is making rapid progress as it familiarises itself with its newly expanded portfolio of assets following the recent acquisition of Columbus Energy. The company provided a new corporate presentation to communicate its new strategy, which chief executive Simon Potter highlighted that the benefits of BPC's portfolio are already being felt. "We are making rapid progress on familiarising ourselves with the potential of our recently expanded portfolio of assets,” Potter said in a statement.

With such an acquisition as CERP it may be that the now enlarged company as working out which assets will be worth keeping and which may be quickly utilised to bring in much needed equity into the company.

I think whilst the merged company has potentially a lot to offer it will need to be rapidly streamlined especially as we have the Uruguayan plots to investigate too.

We do not want to be spread too thinly.

The above is just a personal bit of pondering and nothing else.

Harry - we have been here long enough to take any comments here with a pinch of salt as it were. We know to delve into the claims of both positive and negative posts and make our own minds up.

That of course is what anyone looking in here should do before investing or selling up - unless minds are already made up and positions altered to personal preference of how deep to stand in the ever changing equation that we have here.

I find I am a lot more chilled having taken the decision NOT to keep looking in here, though I have other fish to fry in my personal life too which helps.

Harry - any answer would be merely guesswork - until the company let us minions know what the current state of play the dark cloud of uncertainty will be hanging over us like the memory of 19 years ago - which were uncertain times for sure.

I would not accept any board answers to your question at the moments as a definitive one.

Turn off for a bit, we have a lot of uncertainty at home with the blasted CV, we have the storms over the Bahamas, we have Stena giving rigs out - we may not have IceMax at this rate.

I am sure the BoD will update when they feel they have something worth putting in an RNS.

Who knows there may be another of the many podcasts we have had this year which may explain the current hiatus.

Michael - 54 trades showing on ADVFN's LSE and 11 on NEX.

Total recorded as sales equates to around 5 million sales and a tiny amount of buys - I do not think it is a great sign of investors being unsettled.

Yesterdays trading volumes were less than today so nothing spectacular occurring in my opinion.

Hopefully some news soon especially as we have heard the ICEMAX is committed in the Mexico area from May next year. I think we were all expecting IceMax to have been in Bahamian waters for a considerable period.

Things can change rapidly as we know - Hurricane season is with us presently so we need to see what carnage occurs in the short term too.

Attack the post and not the poster - it becomes too tiresome to read through the inane personal commentary here.

Post something - whatever you wish - expect it to be examined and the content researched and a good argument to the contrary or in support in response .

Alternatively continue to cast aspersions about each others characters and the end result is a memory of being at school.

Nothing much learned in the school yard other that some folks can be bullies, others victims and the rest either walk away or stand up and be counted.

ross - it would be a start but it needs to be very much sustained towards the higher levels to show some institutional support, otherwise just little old private investors/traders.

The trades like that pop up every now and then. Could be a lumped together trade and to be honest it is not a particularly large trade in the big scheme of things. For some private investors it is a chunk but for some only a drop in the ocean.

I know I have harped on about this many times before but until there is a decent percentage traded daily the day to day trades are not very exciting.

1% of shares in issue equates to around 34,080,000

5% of shares in issue equates to around 170,400,000

and we go on.

So until we are seeing volume lift much higher on a daily basis than 5% there is little interest overall.

Just in my opinion of course. ;@)

As per the presentation dated August 2020 - the company state the "funding strategy is defined".

Of course that is quite an open statement but there are long in the tooth enough to understand what they need to achieve.
Whilst the statement can be interpreted in as many ways as one wishes - the company are seemingly confident that funding to the tune of £25 to £30 million is easily available for P1.

The company also state their aim is to achieve this with as least dilution as possible (which is a godsend after recent issues ;@) tic)

In saying that SP did give a massive cue to West Saturn before COVID and the cruel snatching away by someone else.

....so arguing the hypothetical is just a waste of time.

As yet we are to drill as a tester and not as a producer - that will come some time after this initial drill or two/three/four pilots are completed and the results analysed.

So whilst black may be white and pepper may be salt - it is all irrelevant at the moment.

No-one knows what the SP will be - whilst we can all pluck an imaginary number from the air!!
