Good words Interesking - we do hear a little bit of the negative impact as we are in the time of Climate Change Matters and it is the done thing to reject things fossil fuel related - however, as you quite nicely put it - the Bahamas does need this, perhaps more than I need to make a few bob out of it.

Oil has been power for many a decade and the world still fights wars as a result. The placid nature of the Bahamas makes the area a very safe and secure domain to explore - bar any mechanical or man-made mishap. I do think the latter is the one to be concerned about. We currently have no warlords making claim to the area, so hopefully by this time next year we will be well on the way to having 3D seismic or even 4D seismic reports in Uruguay waters.

P$ I sometimes get tired of certain posters with their sometimes quite obvious ramps of what things will be at a certain point of time though even when incorrect on numerous occasions blast their horn again with another speculative post. It just reeks of jumping on the bandwagon of a little movement.

Maybe I got out of the wrong side of the slab this morning, however, after a bit of a 'nana nap' I still find it tiresome. I think I may have remedied the solution by utilising the tools available to everyone so should not be as moody in the near future.

We all like to praise the rises and decry the falls and we have enough posters on either side of the fence to keep the troops entertained with the mystic megs.

there were almost 40 buys and half a dozen sells.

Just seemed a little odd that so many would crop up - too many not to be noticable - loads of explanations possible of course.

..following on from a post yesterday - the amount of 2 and 3 figure trades yesterday was noticeably higher than I have seen in a long time.

Anyone got any thoughts as to whether they are just accounting numbers or otherwise?

Predictions are fine - however when folk make predictions time and time again and 90% plus being wrong then credibility is out of the window.

All too often on boards such as this one we get posters asking for suggestions as to what will the SP be at ???such and such a point???

It can be a bit of fun - but it can also lead to expectation and usually great disappointment when those numbers are not met.

When I see an RNS giving something different to what we already know then excitement will follow. We have seen how quickly this share can move - to be honest if I had the balls I would have traded this over the past couple of days and made a tidy 4 even a 5 figure some but I didn't so great disappointment. MG obviously had a think about it and perhaps made a few bob.

I am in for the bigger prize or total disappointment - we can only lean on the positivity of the 3D seismics being correct. As we know there can be movement in the traps as the plates move. I am though confident with what we know at the moment and we just need a little extra nugget for comfort.

It would be very nice (and by no means a prediction) to see this rise to 7p before Christmas to keep a smile on my face for all of those family photos I will endure.

So the countdown clock is already running - perhaps some exciting but very shaky days to come for all sailing in the Bahamas (PC) with me.

I am sure there will be days we will be on the poop deck, though I am hoping we will be in Interestking's stateroom on a more regular basis feasting on beef and horseradish sandwiches and quaffing - nay sipping on some fine Amarone, gin and rum.

...i am not one for MM conspiracy when it comes to shares but from 1233 we have had 5 buy trades showing on ADVFN : - 120, 160, 480, 182 and 80.

Perhaps folk rounding up to the biggest 100k or whatever.

I have a couple of old time liqueurs which I can get re-branded. It is good to have a mate who owns a distillery in Germany. It dates back to the mid 1700's so some of the recipes are a bit weird to say the least and some extremely bitter ones that would suit our incumbent and previous directors very well.

A little like the school of Alikhani - vagueness but with a big hint of greatness - like all of the small acquisitions of tailings around the area that would boost the possibilities of riches.

He could have been anywhere with that drone - in fact he probably found the camera drone in a field and just put a bit of commentary onto the footage on the camera. Such a leg end who managed to get the lightning to strike twice.

You are right that money has been made in buckets it appears with the ups and downs of this share - sadly it is not the emotional attachment for me - merely the misfortune of being unable to time most buys and sells in my favour over the years.

As for his conniving ways - I remember being hung on his every word as he gave us commentary on the drone footage when the 'build' was underway.

PetroleumInvest - Now I was part of the conversation and after more than a decade I will say I am tired of the open ended discussions of what might be, what may be under the seabed, which vessel we will have etc.

You are correct in assuming I have no little, nor have I worked in offshore/onshore oil industry.

I think at the same time, I have invested my hard earned for many years and I believe I can state that I am a little tired of the what if scenarios and hear something which may bring a little joy, nay - happiness to the majority of long suffering investors here.

Indeed - tired of all the talking - I am sure most here will be of the same mindset - would love there to be a juicy RNS tomorrow, however I try not build up my hopes these days.
