Thank everyone for keeping these reminders coming. I still do not want any price figure on sp but there will be a lot of positivity with judgement coming shareholder's way. This Bod is not trusted by the markets, by shareholders and certainly companies who could have invested in Hurricane. We are lucky to have CA as an institutional investor else most institutions write off their loss in such situations.
All votes should be ''AGAINST'' all resolution for June 30 Meeting called AGM.
All votes should be ''FOR'' all resolution for JULY 5 Meeting called EGM.
Please vote according to your preferences but this is what will weaken the current board from playing any more tricks.
The opening statement was what my friends in legal business expected. I have a high average so may trade a few to average down on dips. However, all new shareholders must evaluate their own appetite. This is still a risky play.
''actual technical data can be manipulated like crazy by the company itself.'' Yes that is very important and fully agree. All creative manipulation to achieve this restructuring.
CaptainS, Your arguments are very sound and do not take an extreme stand. Welcome back. It is Sunday evening and I am eager for the hearing tomorrow. All the best to folks who have fought hard here. Please do keep voting. That is important as well.
Please do vote ''AGAINST'' all proposals for AGM on June 30.
Please do vote ''FOR'' all proposals for EGM on July 5.
yes, it is a difficult one for judge. He will be wary of setting a wrong example. Also, he will like his judgement to sound fair and set a benchmark. There is no urgency for restructuring except the Bod and Bondholders painting all doom and gloom. This is an important factor in the whole scheme of things. If the judge delays the restructuring by 6 months and suggests he wants to see data after 6 months, this can change the entire picture. I will like to see a judgement that is fair and upholds the belief of people in the UK judicial system.
Read through the CA skeletal argument. Talking to friends in the legal community, it is a fair and strong argument. It is highly likely the hearing will go ahead for the full 3 days but the honourable judge will provision time for further arguments in September or he can come up with a judgement on lines of delaying the restructuring.
The website doesn't tell date of publish but looks like early last year
To avoid confusion and to show complete distrust with the existing board all resolutions should be voted down.
1. All resolutions should be voted AGAINST for June 30 AGM.
2. All resolutions should be voted FOR for July 5 EGM
There are 6 resolutions proposed by BoD for June 30 meeting which is called the AGM. CA has proposed 7 resolutions for July 5 meeting which is called the EGM.
The shareholders need to vote against all Bod Resolutions in AGM(June 30)
The shareholders need to vote for all CA resolutions in EGM (July 5)
Please call or write to your broker and find out how to vote and please register your votes
ok sorry i just counted the against votes. However, this shows we need to start mobilising for June 30(AGM Vote all against) and July 5 (EGM vote all for)
and only six hundred and four million six hundred thirty-six thousand four hundred fifteen votes cast.
I suspect the BoD may have been sending the burst of bad rns not only to suppress the Sp but also to flush out peeps here.
The shareholder RNS will only come after trading hours today or Monday morning. I am wondering whether someone is buying in the market on behalf of the BoD as they know the outcome now on June 30.

Yes, those names are from CA. The vote is simple. Just press ''For'' on all seven resolutions for July 5 EGM. (Please note the date)
For June 30 vote which is the AGM, the vote is against all 6 resolutions.
Tux, Hasiba, AD and all , from Monday we should focus on these 2 votes. The Bod Is stubborn and shameless. We need to continue the fight.
These rns will become more doom and gloom as June 21 and June 30 arrive.
The next 2 votes are therefore important. Please mark the dates.
June 30 AGM vote:- Vote ''Against'' all 6 resolutions. No confusion.
July 5 EGM Vote:- Vote ''For'' all 7 resolutions.
what is the result senseman?
