Fillangypan, see Valrix (ticker VAL) for how a consolidation (or 2) can pan out in a destructive way for existing share holders. It's pertinent as the Co Sec of PXOG is the CFO of Val. It might or might not point you in the direction of where this share perhaps could be heading after July 1st based on the small print. Check out the resolution section of the latest pxog prospectus and the reference to 90%. It makes for very interesting reading indeed. The pxog board have overseen a decline in the share price over the last 3 years from 0.80 to 0.080 (or lower than that even today). There is the potential for a rinse and repeat here. This is the other side of the story that for sure will get shouted down by some on this board but it is based on experience of learning the hard way. i.e. reinvesting in co's that do do share reorgs and for it to become an almost unlimited hole of averaging down in a death spiral which normally ends in tears (or another share reorg or a delisting or administration). Good luck with your investment as on paper I too bought in to the pxog and val stories but the share reorgs have wiped out large sums of my money. 30k in each.

Dear Vauch, You don't have to be an LSE member to be a share holder. I signed up to post some FACTS so that other investors did not lose their hard earned cash as I have done with pxog: Here are the actual facts: I bought PXOG in January 2017 for 0.80 and it is now 0.080. I'm sure you can do the sums. A destructive wipeout. This share price has only gone 1 way and that is backwards. When co's do these share reorgs it has a huge negative impact on long term holders who have bought as I have at 0.80. I have averaged down over the past 3 years on the back of Bill Smith and Ed Dawson's comments about the mcap being undervalued but actually all along its been jam tomorrow with a share price now down from 0.80 to 0.080. That is a huge decrease and certainly does not represent ANOTHER year of MAJOR progress. It represents another year of disaster for shareholders. What is about to happen on June 30th / July 1st will be a disaster for existing share holders. You will only benefit if you are a new shareholder from July 1st and I doubt very much that the share price will do anything other than retrace from its new share price on July 1st. I will dip in to lse in a couple of years time to see how you view pxog then. Don't say you haven't been warned. That's what a board like lse is there to do. Give views and alert share holders to the experience of others, both positive and negative. My view is that it is a negatve share to hold as it has gone down from 0.80 to 0.080. That is a fact that you can't deny! Good luck, I hope you are luckier than me with pxog but my story is one of share price destruction. On May 22nd this year Ed Dawson said in the RNS "2020 has the potential to be another year of major progress". ANOTHER year of MAJOR success! When has it ever been a year of success? It's been year after year of negative share price falls, placings and comments from Dawson and the Chair stating "We have been saying for some time that we believe our current market cap represents a fraction of Prospex's underlying value". and "The value case behind Prospex is, in our view, very clear".
Hmmm. dyor and avoid. As I have pointed out already the link between what Valirx has done to its share holders and what pxog is now about to do is there in black and white. I have had my investments wiped out of both pxog and val as a result. Be very careful with these guys. It will end in tears.

Company secretary of pxog is CFO of Val. Both companies have now done a share reorg and in val's case a few times. i.e. Rinse and repeat and it has cost me 60k. 30k in val now just about worthless and same with pxog. It is disgusting that these cos can just issue shares like confetti. If you read the Pxog RNS' over the past 2 years the chair and ceo gave the impression that the share price was significantly undervalued. Very unhappy to be mugged in this way as it has had a huge impact on my life savings and pension. I thought an RNS was a legal document but what has been communicated over the past 24-36 months is pure fantasy. Steer clear of both PXOG and VAL is my advice if you value your hard earned savings. My investments in pxog and val are now worthless.

I wish I had bailed a few months back when I realised that Valirx and Pxog were connected. Valirx has done the same to its shareholders a few times now and low and behold pxog have followed suit. Check out the director linked to both companies. I wish I had used my sixth sense but like many I fell for the "significant upside for shareholders" message from the RNS' issued by pxog over the last 3 years. What a mug I am to have invested in pxog (& val). 30k in both down the drain because i honestly trusted what i was being told in the RNS'. Hold your heads in shame pxog and val. How these directors sleep at night beats me.I believed what i was being told and am gutted to have been ripped off. My life savings are down the drain thanks to these 2 companies.
