I bought in to CERP knowing it was a risk/reward share. The risk is now the q4 drill but the reward is now also the Q4 drill. In the LGO days this was heading no where by the time Leo Koot came in and turned it around. Bring on the merger, bring on the q4 drill and hopefully we will be sitting on vast reserves of oil. That's what the merger is about. It's a calculated risk. Brighty

Webis is a multi bag investment opportunity in my opinion despite the temporary California voting hitch. Remember what Webis said in its recent RNS:

"Given the momentum in California and the success of sports betting in other States such as New Jersey, it now seems inevitable that licensed sports betting is coming to California".

AND also tucked away in the small print of the RNS Webis said this, below, which should be of most interest to all long term shareholders:

"As a result, the company has had no shortage of informal offers from other interested parties in the space, specifically in the areas of software deals, strategic alliances and, at the operating company level only, mergers and even acquisition"….

So, at some stage this share is going to rocket and probably without much warning. Hence why I am a long term shareholder in Webis. Here's to a positive outcome in due course which will see this multi bag considerably. Brighty

PYC Potential: In this sector shares can rocket, as we saw with PYC a couple of years ago. Below are some quick stats that I posted yesterday on another pharma LSE forum. Glad we have collectively shaken the Sareum tree a bit today. Well done everyone. Pretty bland riposte but at least he replied and perhaps the shareholder frustrations are filtering through. It was certainly a much more well crafted response than Tim’s last month. However, In my book actions speak louder than words or the occasional tweet. It really is time for Sareum to deliver after all these years. I will await the next RNS with renewed interest. Brighty

Krone, whilst not shying away from an EGM - if one is called I will support it as I am becoming increasingly concerned about our lack of progress - I would prefer it if Stephen Parker and Tim Mitchell just got on with being proactive with the comms strategy. This will have a positive impact on the SP. Our rivals are showing us how it could and should be done. It will also help bring more licencing partners to our door and help in negotiations. Brighty

PYC 1.5p to 10.5p in 6 months

These – and other AIM pharmas – have communicated with the investor community during the Covid 19 period and have seen their share prices transformed. Isn’t it about time that Sareum actually did the same so we the shareholders can benefit from the first in class science that we have? Sareum could and should be raising its profile to benefit the share price at a time when our rivals are showing Sareum exactly how a professional comms strategy can “create significant shareholder value”. This is great news and I'm looking forward to the update now on 29th July. With oil over the $35 a barrel mark TLW must be generating cash at current oil prices and this should read well in the update in 2 weeks time. Here's to a re-rate to 100p at least over the next few months. Brighty

Glancing at the ASOS story today this could quite easily read N Brown. See below

Bamps21 I would like to thank you for your research on CERP. You have been by far and away the most informed and balanced poster on this CERP forum. You will be a great miss here as your input was always very well thought through. I'm hoping that the CERP/BPC merger produces a spike in to the drill in Q4 when I will re-evaluate whether the merged entity is for me or not. It could be a massive opportunity. This opportunity is not dissimilar to TXP or SOU from a risk reward stand point. In June 2016 SOU was 17p. By Sept 2016 it was over 90p. TXP 7 months ago was 13p. It is now 56p. I sold SOU on the rise at 77p and still hold TXP. I bought pre the rises on the back of the potential drills they were about to undertake. The CERP/BPC business has a similar opportunity with the drill in q4 to be transformational. That is why I am predicting 8-10p in the run up to the drill. Thereafter it obviously depends on the outcome but in summary there is scope for the CERP/BPC merged business to multiply after the merger in the run up to the q4 drill. Dyor. Good luck, Brighty

Here's why the TLW share price will start to rise and rise for the rest of the year in my opinion. Oil consumption has significantly improved over the last month. If the predictions of oil demand for the rest of 2020 being just 10% lower than in 2019 then this puts Tullow in a very interesting place. The 2019 TLW SP was over 200p. These factors suggest that the price of oil could continue to rise throughout the rest of 2020.

That would be great news for Tullow Oil shares. Tullow reckons it can break even on a cash basis with oil at $35 a barrel, which suggests the company is generating cash at current oil prices.

OGM appears to be correct re the big buys from Friday. Several £30,000 purchases and many £10,000+ buys now showing. Most at 0.85 or above and a handful over 1.2p The adage of follow the money is always pertinent when buying and selling a share. That is why I am holding this for at least the next 12 months as I expect it to be significantly higher. The investment case for this is pretty clear in my opinion. The large £££ share purchases over the past few days have given me confidence that others feel the same. Dyor and good luck. Brighty

Potnak and RMM, I'm an investor not a day trader and have had numerous opportunities to sell Sareum at a respectable profit over the years but as, like you, I so believe in this company I have been holding out for a much higher price. Starting to look a bit silly now sadly as I watch AVCT, HEMO, ODX, NCYT, SNG etc etc all make significant gains in the last 6 months whilst Sareum with all its "promise" (and "promises") does nothing apart from issue the odd tweet and dilute further without any news of what the dickens they have been doing for the last year or so. I am expecting a return on my "investment", that is my point and if Hemo can strike a deal with Eli Lilly it is a fair question to ask why Sareum have not? Other companies appear to be much more hungrier and on the ball than we are. The Bio Trinity presentation and follow up online interview he did with all his vague answers was a disgrace. I hope that Tim is going to pull a rabbit out of the hat very soon. It's about time. Brighty

Gob smacked by your response RMM. You might be very very angry if this occurred but Hemo’s share price has gone from 0.95p to 15p. As an investor that is what I am interested in. i.e. seeing a return on my investment not watching our ceo miss every trick in the book to capitalise on our best in class science. If the Sareum share price went from 0.95 to 15p that would be a result and I wouldn’t be angry I would be delighted. Brighty

Question: Isn't this what we hired Stephen Parker and the NED's to do on our behalf? Why haven't we signed a "Biological Investigation and Material Supply Agreement" with Eli Lilly or ANother. Hemo have stolen a march on us. This could and should have been Sareum. How many more times are we going to be late to the party? Brighty
