N4P just went over 8p. The results of Nigel's "commercial collaborations" will hopefully be announced to the stock market shortly. Plenty of reasons to believe that this could be big news. On the 15th July the company said Nigel Theobald, Chief Executive Officer, was freeing himself up to focus on "commercial collaborations" & "more time to focus on driving the Company's development programmes". Read in to that what you like but to me it says licencing, partnerships or even M&A activity. Good luck. Brighty

Exactly. SNG, ODX, AVCT, HEMO, NCYT, PYC, YGEN, N4P are sensational examples of dazzling / huge gains in the pharma sector, in the last 6 months alone, if you just hold your nerve and refrain from selling. Shareholders on this forum think Sareum could be many many multiples of the current price so why anyone would sell is baffling...Good luck Sareum investors, Brighty

Yes, plenty of Sareum RNS' incoming soon with the next news hopefully being the Covid grant RNS & or a licencing deal. If it is decent news it could be extremely significant indeed. No need to worry with SNG. You will recall that NCYT did the same after its meteoric rise in April to 500+p. i.e. it had a breather to the 250p - 300p range before taking off again on news. It is today 754p. Nothing goes up in a straight line and SNG will start on its next northwards rise again soon. Like NCYT we also now have Numis on board and there's plenty of SNG news flow incoming shortly. SNG is in final talks with several govt’s about the use of SNG001 and when we know more the share price will head to new highs. The major factor is that SNG has proved to the world that it can stop the rapid deterioration phase of the Covid disease, especially in patients experiencing really poor breathing difficulties. I’m holding SNG for an AstraZeneca Daiichi Sankyo style multi £billion deal. That M&A a couple of months ago just goes to show us all what could be on the table for Synairgen. Key points for me are that SNG has proved that it can stop the rapid deterioration phase of the Covid disease, especially in patients experiencing really poor breathing difficulties, SNG is in final talks with several govt’s about the use of SNG001, which importantly has a patent for use with steroids. I bought SNG for 29p and see it being sold in a multi £billion deal. AZ have history with SNG. That's where I believe we are heading. Good luck, Brighty

Yes, it looks to me with my mergers and acquisitions hat on that the legal eagles are at work. Throughout the due diligence process SAR would need to be providing the licencing partner or buyer with indemnification provisions as well as updating any outstanding patent issues. The RNS issued today certainly supports / infers this view. Hopefully, we are getting closer to the substantial share price rises experienced by SNG, ODX, AVCT, HEMO, NCYT, PYC, YGEN, N4P & yes even VAL (all of which I am invested in). if the partner is, for example, Lilly or Merck then this would be huge for our credibility and would be really beneficial to our share price. The downside would be if it is with another unknown - like the Sierra 737 deal - or an undisclosed partner - like the China deal earlier this year. Then it won't have the impact it could / should have. Lets hope that after all these years Tim and co are going to pull off a deal (or a number of deals) that will send our share price sky rocketing. up 37% now / over 8p so far today and don't forget that on the 15th July N4P issued the following words in its RNS"...allowing Nigel Theobald, Chief Executive Officer, more time to focus on driving the Company's development programmes and potential commercial collaborations". Re the point made about announcing a pharma partner for exploratory work on the anticipated Covid19 grant. It might be worth looking in the direction of Lilly. Their drug gemcitabine was used in the Sierra 737 trials. They will be fully aware of its impact. They have made it very clear that they are looking at tackling Covid in partnerships with other companies and with the Uk government. Merck MSD could be the other pharma to look at re a partnership. It will be interesting to see if SAR do confirm a partnership alongside the grant and if so with whom. (Caveat: if SAR is successful in obtaining the grant funding….) Good luck, Brighty

The rise is probably because investors are expecting N4P to update the stock market soon regarding news on its ability to demonstrate the capability of Nuvec® to generate Covid-19 antibodies. i.e. to establish an immune response through the production of antibodies. The company has recently stated its aim is to demonstrate Nuvec®'s capabilities both as a potential delivery technology for Covid-19 and for other multiple vaccines. Many of us here have been predicting £2 soon. The latest news confirms It's going to happen. More likely that it will end up significantly higher in the next 12 months with a bid from one of the big pharmas. Onwards and upwards today. Good luck all ODX holders. Dexamethasone and Sareum. For the record, the CEO and Chairman of Sareum deemed it significant information for shareholders as it appeared in their joint signed summary in the interim results,. I don't think they would have highlighted how Sareum's science worked with dexamethasone if it was trivial. It's just a shame that we have to keep prompting the company with our knowledge. This might be of interest for you then re Dexamethasone as it was raised a while back on the Sareum forum, as data showed Sareum's TYK2 is tolerated well when used as a combo with Dexamethasone. I'm a holder in SNG as well as Sar (& 8 other pharma shares).
