Guys, it's not an issue here in my opinion. All that would happen - if it did happen - would be that new shares would be issued at the current price. It's standard for successful plc's to raise cash at the middle market closing share price. So if the share price was 220p any placing would theoretically be near this price. So no worries. It's not like the death spiral placings of desperate plc's. SNG is a successful plc with access to cash. Hope this helps. Been here since 29p. Good luck, Brighty.

Apple 5G is good news for IQE. Once this filters through in the next 12 months to the bottom line we should get a return to the 150p days , with an all time high of 170p+. Short term I still think we will see 70p rising to 90p in the not too distant future. Good luck, Brighty

Whilst we are all hoping for the NCYT, SNG, ODX, AVCT gains that I have been highlighting for months on here one of the other shares I am invested in, HEMO, is perhaps a better short term example for new and existing Sar investors of what could happen here quite quickly. Hemo went from 1p to 10p in one month between March and April on the back of news and continued up to over 14p. It is currently at 9.57p. i.e. Gains for small pharmas from 1p to 10p in our sector happen. We now have the launch pad of over 1.4p that I have been talking about here for several months. If we get another good RNS soon the momentum will then propel Sareum up accordingly and we should be replicating HEMO's rise to over 10 pence. Once we achieve the 10p price if another stellar RNS lands then we are on for the 28p+ predictions in my opinion. Good luck all Sareum investors, Brighty

More good news out today in the RNS. Long term prospects looking better and better here: "The design of the construction of section IV of tailing storage facility (TSF) at Sekisovskoye gold processing plant is nearing completion as of October 2020. The construction work is planned to start in Q2 2021 as soon as the required permits and approvals from state supervision authorities are obtained. As such, an additional storage facility will be built for stowing over 1.0 mln m3 of tailing solids, which should allow uninterruptible operation of the gold processing plant until 2024. Furthermore, preliminary design work on the construction of section V of TSF has commenced. It is expected that this will be commissioned in 2023 which will ensure the continuity in operation of the gold processing plant after 2024". Good luck, Brighty

Guys, I’m pretty sure that from everything the company has said that Evotec and N4P’s partnership with Nuvec is advancing to a conclusion and that is what the company inferred re Nigel Theobold focusing on commercial collaborations. M&A activity / licencing deals take time to negotiate. If we get encouraging news on this & or favourable data on the phase 3 trial the N4P share will be doing NCYT, SNG, AVCT, ODX style gains. NCYT's 7p to 840p in 6 months certainly focuses the mind especially as Omega will manufacture not less than 25% of the demand from total orders placed, either from the UK Government or third party customers. ODX is on the brink of doing an NCYT share price rise once people cotton on to the magnitude of how much profit ODX is going to be making. Good luck, Brighty

7p to 840p by NCYT in 6 months certainly focuses the mind on what can be achieved by Sar, Ahfam3. We will need a few RNS' in quick succession to create the launch pad. If we go back in to our shell again it won't happen. The bod need to create hunger. Yesterday was proof that with a little bit of noise the share price rises. NCYT went to 8.10p just now. Remember, just like SNG, it had a breather (to the 250p - 300p range) before taking off again. SNG will start on its next share price rise again soon. There's plenty of news flow incoming shortly and there’s always the possibility of an AstraZeneca Daiichi Sankyo style multi £billion deal. Short term we will have news on the final talks with several govt’s about the use of SNG001 which when confirmed will propel the share price to new highs. SNG has proved to the world that it can stop the rapid deterioration phase of the Covid disease, especially in patients experiencing really poor breathing difficulties. Good luck, Brighty
