Interesting to read the posts today on takeover / value of a buy out. If you go back to the posts on and around 16th July you will spot a response from Stephen Parker to Elcap, which was shared on this forum, after he sent the chairman a copy of my list of pharmas as an example of the share price gains being achieved in our sector. You will recall that in the response from Stephen Parker he did mention the "takeover panel" as part of his riposte. A few on here felt that this was perhaps evidence that something was brewing behind the scenes. Thoth spotted this at the time and also made a comment on it. Just flagging it up as it was an interesting comment to make as we hadn't heard it before from him. For what it is worth, I am expecting M&A activity with Sareum. This would be the natural progression for the directors/business. i.e. they will have taken the business as far as they can soon. Sar will be a great addition to one of the major pharmaceutical cos. The Covid grant was one of the final pieces of the jigsaw in my opinion. Good luck, Brighty

Not sure why the early dip but probably an over reaction to NEXT. BWNG is an online business so the number and comment to take from NEXT's RNS is "Online sales remain strong, both in the UK and overseas" and "Online up 23.1% in Q3". That's the message to look at. Good luck, Brighty

It's official! SAR is on the Covid super pharma stocks launch pad now. It's worth pointing out that ODX went up over x 18 in a 6 month period following their Covid news from 8p to 126p. As we know anything is possible in the pharma sector currently. Interestingly we are also at the identical 1.8p share price Hemo was at and we all know that over a week Hemo rose to 15p+. Watch this steadily rise over the coming days. As we know Hemo went from 1.8 to 15p in 5 days after their Covid RNS. The sellers will exit and then this will move northwards. We will soon be adding SAR to the list of NCYT, SNG, AVCT, HEMO, YGEN, ODX etc. Good luck, Brighty

Agree with you Crypto. We just need to see the back of the 175p new shares this week and then its up and away to 550p by Christmas and hopefully your 720p and above thereafter. We know that we have the best science to combat the disease with SNG001 for those suffering from reduced respiratory function. It's just a matter of time now before this re-rates. Philboro and Thoth, a steady 30%gain per day will take us to 3.58 / 4p within days. My preference is for a stable rise before news hits. As long as we are on the 3-4p launch pad (or hopefully higher) when the first piece of positive news is announced this will propel the share price upwards beautifully in to double figures. Yes, very good point. I had discounted VAL from my recent examples due to their consolidations / dilutions and focused mainly on highlighting the substantial share price gains made by aim listed pharma stocks such as HEMO, PYC, SNG, AVCT, YGEN, N4P, NCYT, ODX etc You are right though that this year the VAL share price has gone up as you say from circa 6p to 60p. i.e. x 10 It really does illustrate that once momentum gets behind a share anything is possible irrespective of market cap and why we could see similar rises with Sareum pre and post RNS announcements. In answer to your finger in the air question I think we will get a Hemo style rise soon on the back of a positive Sareum Covid RNS. e.g. When HEMO announced its Covid news their share price went from 1.8p up to 15.2p between 22nd April and 29th April. i.e. Over 800% in a week. Just waiting for the various news stories to be announced by Sareum for something similar to happen here. Thereafter Thoth's 28p prediction is quite within the realms of possibility. ODX went up x 18 between April and October from 8p to 126p. Anything is possible in the pharma sector currently.

I must admit I prefer the Hemo model of rising gradually over a week from 1.8p to 15.2p, than a spike on one day. Hemo has held at around the 10p range. I feel this is how the Sareum share price will perform once the relevant RNS' have been issued.

Mike, you've got it in one: "Big Pharma will now be fighting for SNG intellectual property= Takeover". That's been my view too and I've been invested in SNG since the start of 2020 because I believe that SNG is the number 1 M&A target in the sector, even ahead of NCYT. 900 patients in 20 countries for the phase III clinical trial is a huge undertaking to quickly prove what we already know from the smaller trial. i.e. it works. The fact that we've teamed up with Parexel, Clinigen and Numis in quick succession says it all to me. 500p by the end of the year is my expectation followed by a takeover in 2021 at the 990p mark that Numis has flagged up. And remember when PYC announced a relatively small contract win in 2017 the share price went from 1.3p to 4.2p in one day. It then climbed the next day from 5p to 10p.
