I’d guess net backs in the region of $50 / barrel at current POO, expected to rise. So conservative POO, production and number of horizontals on full development:
2000 x 30 x 365 x 45 = £1bn PROFIT per year

The lack of late reported sells along with the massive offloading on the last few sessions is the biggest indication yet that this overhang has cleared.

At the moment we don’t know. If a CPR was in the pipeline I don’t see why AM wouldn’t have said something at the last update. At the same time CPR is an important document needed whether we are going to sell, farm out or raise cash for development so makes sense that the data gathered over 5 months+ would be handed off to get one generated ASAP. My gut is the next RNS will be an increase in Shannon production. Something may be included about the discovery with a chance that there will be mention of interest in the data from oil majors/licence neighbours (same thing) in which case this will go ballistic. Otherwise, a nice production increase and a little clarification about the discovery will push us beyond the current trading range. Cuda news due in feb, financials due in March so plenty of news flow to look forward to including any surprises on the new asset. Interesting Times.

My thought is why would a major make a deal for part if Chuditch if they can drill there own 100% owned license from the latest round? Surely they can do their own seismics very quickly, 1 drill and they are at the same position we are at?

Drill paid for with cash flow. Production expected to increase this month. Read the RNS. Should get an update on increase production at the end of the month.

Whoever buys Cuda owes us $3m in back payments. Current fix is expected to lift production throughout the month. By the time the question over the pipe comes around it shouldnt be an issue

Loads of buys can’t move this up but a few sells drops it 0.5p. They want it lower, maybe targeting a big order(s)? Have to wash it out before move up, just like yesterday.

Plenty of buys here at 34.4p it’s what they were looking for, should move back up now imo

They are just taking it down to see where the string buyer interest is, just like yesterday. The gap was filled (or was it?) once it starts to move back up it should go so in the same way straight past 37p this time to attack 40p. We all know what’s going to eventually happen here, just buy, hold, patience.

Funny how the big buys always come in when this has moved up quickly but when it drops the buyers aren’t interested… I’ve picked up my last lot this morning, make or break. GLA

What n not site about is if there are 4 upper Frontier zones and the Dakota zone how will the horizontals work? Are the frontier zones in communication so only one horizontal required with a bit of stimulation? Is that the 3 horizontals per square mile, I.e. in different zones or going in different directions? Looks like the Frontier is the target for this year with over 1 billion barrels it’s already producing from conventional wells (I think) from 5 wells at Cole creek on our land so we have that data to support the fund. I’m sure all the historic well data and regional mapping supports the discovery announced. The horizontals will be key though IMO. Plenty of time for the share price to build to over £5 or do before any majors start thinking about getting involved, early interest will depend on how compelling the data is in the CPR.

The 35/36p gap was filled so shouldn’t be too much resistance back up to 38p. Then back to pushing through 40p. A nice little update or TR1 would help.
