Company seems to be flailing around, needs a stronger, clearer strategy, path to revenues and value. Boardroom needs some serious strengthening.

Yep no insider news atm, we’ve already been told about the huge discovery and rising Shannon production, nothing to see here, lol

CPR being prepared by independent company based on information AM has already released. Also we have already stated we are bidding for Cuda so news on that could drop after 4th Feb. Art can’t buy any more after 28th Jan, but he wants to.. CPR and production figures could be sat in his desk as we speak. Personally I’m happy to wait for end Match for Cuda, Shannon production and CPR, let the SP climb steadily until then.

If there is so much oil underneath 88e lands why can’t they hit any of it. Duster after duster, raise, hype, drill, duster.

The fact is it’s just not a very good project. Can’t pay for itself on an operational basis let alone a financial basis, even when the sale price of the end product has gone up multiples. Get out now while there’s still some (little) equity left in the share price because there’s no value left in the business IMO

Unfortunately the ‘quiet period’ that allowed an insider to buy shares also saw the SP drift down from 40p to sub 30p, so I’m not exactly ecstatic about the whole thing, more news flow and less director dealings would have been better for the SP but now nothing to hold Arty back, he can drop an RNS every day with a little ramp of his own ;-)

The original placing was for SFB costs to the end of Q1 as well as other things. As the timescale gets pushed beyond Q1 there is an increased risk of a placing. Doesn’t make any sense now to spend any money on anything other than SFB but the additional authority is a clear signal that a placing may be required despite this. I very much doubt there would be much of a discount or that much would be required, however generally it doesn’t make much sense to raise less than £500k when it costs at least £50k to do a placing in the first place. I think if we don’t have any more delays a placing won’t be required.

Huge buys going in above 35p. This could be rocket time

Turle AgentB, CEO dealing is a much bigger deal in the US than the UK. 2:30pm could see us through 38p if we aren’t there already.

Why don’t they buy £350k during trading? I guess it has less impact on the price and they can continue to load up tomorrow?

Have to say I'm happy to see the blue finish on Friday and held blue today into the close which will hopefully be full of buys as usual, all much better than all the red days we've seen of late.

Regarding financials, I think we will be around 1k bopd av for Q4, similar to Q3, reason being the work carried out at Shannon. I think the current production will be interesting and could well be closer to 1500 bopd with new Dakota drill coming online and steady correction of pressure. Once Cuda is sorted and the pipe goes down this will be over 3k net without any further drilling. We have a good stash in the bank and revenues are very strong with climbing price of oil. If anything all we need is a reiteration of the current situation, the Q4 figures will do nicely for that. As I've said before, as long as we are producing around 1k bopd then a little more or less doesnt really matter in the scheme of things as we put together plans for horizontals, each of which will blow our total production out of the water. The plan prior to the discovery was 7k bopd by the end of 2022, I very much think that will be revised upwards now :) The question is - will we still spend the money on the original planned drills as well as the new Frontier horizontals? Economics are compelling so as long as we can get (non dilutive) funding then I dont see why we should put all our eggs into the (huge) Frontier basket.
