Cuda is bankrupt so any sale proceeds go to pay off debt owed. We have been to court to get ourselves first in the queue for payment of outstanding debts. So if we win the amount won’t be taken off but we will be paying it to ourselves so in effect the same thing. If someone else wins then the sale proceeds will go to pay off outstanding creditors, us being first in the queue, after the administrators take their fees.

I think the JV deal will have the route to development. Wasn’t it stated that the JV partner to complete the DFS should have enough clout and the desire to fund the development? My thoughts is that it will be a big name. On the other hand a smaller deal for the DFS will give us more in a sell off scenario. This is going to be such a large deposit it would be a shame to do a large deal based on current drilling so it may be done in stages. Any deal tiny PREM does is going to be huge for shareholders.

Personally I’m looking forward to drilling results.

Wow seems like there is already a long list of big players wanting all or a piece of Zulu, JV should come easily on favourable terms for the company. When will we here the good news??? Soon I think.

Assume someone knows this off the top of their head - what are the level/terms/duration of our current hedge?

Even looking at the sugar options cynically they aren’t going to be exercised until the share price is at multiples of current level by which time it won’t matter. You only exercise options when you want to sell the shares.

We know that art wanted to buy more but couldn’t, maybe this is his way around that. 24 million shares though, it’s basically a placing in disguise.

I read it was a reissue of the previous ones? 10% is the cap.

Just thinking about the maxed out share options. Either an internal target has been hit that we don’t know about and/or they are blatantly lining their own pockets. That could be unreported current daily production figures? The only way they can get away with such a move blatant share grab without a huge backlash from shareholders is if there follows some consistent news flow that changes the paradigm for the company. We’ve already had the discovery RNS which was amazing but the market didn’t care all that much. Hopefully Art has plenty up his sleeve in the current blackout period to please shareholders.

I dont think the CPR is going to be the magic bullet everyone seems to think. To unlock the reserves you will usually have to do a drill. We will need a few. For me the CPR following the August drilling campaign of 8 (?) wells well be the real money maker. In the meantime it will fall to buyers to decide whether they like what our data tells them if they are interested in making an offer.

With 10% daily rises that 3 weeks to 1p and 6 weeks to 4p! A bit of news will see some 40% days IMO

Shame this has cooled off a bit, traders have to take their 10% but may see 20% by close, bringing that magical 1p closer.

Share price speculation is fun but I'm here for buyout, when it comes will blow these figures out of the water

If we can finish flat or blue today that is a good sign that the director buys have put a new floor under the share price which should make it easier to move upwards past 40p. Weeks now from updates and while the Q4 figures may not make great reading the current production figures should be much better (not to mention POO), along with an update on the strategy for the discovery will IMO push us up well out of this range.
