Is it just me or is it less shares than was showing on the Canada exchange reports? Options limited to 10% overall and 5% to a single person. Not sure if they are maxed out but must be close by now, indicates to me that they don’t think the share price is likely to ever go lower than the current level.

Found 36m at 1.3%, higher grades at tighter deposits, fairly standard to be found in a zone at depth. Great results for us and further extensions identified - I think we will be hearing that a lot. Now we have 6 drills working on it, rains cleared so results should be coming in think and fast. I expect another interest party will want to make a move before we commit to the large lithium manufacturer. We were told that off take would likely fit part of the deal so this is borne out by the first choice of partner. They pay, we stay on as operation and they get the product. Win, win, win.
PREM has seen its share of rises and falls making the sell off before close fairly predictable, not to mention that some seemed to think we were going to be getting a cheque for £400m instead of a JV.
This all bodes really well for the future of the company, expect a solid rise tomorrow as more sensible heads see the value emerging here.

Not only are we note entering into dine structured discussions but it was the best offer out of over 13 offers ABD we can continue to talk to other parties who will no doubt be looking to make EVEN BETTER offers to get their feet under the table. Basically a bidding war for our JV.

Why would we get an RNS for Cuda, receivers have to do plenty of work before they advise the winner.

One thing I keep coming back to is why release the size of the find before the Cuda deadline? The best outcome for us is to get Cuda, and we held back the info for come ups reasons. Why then release it when we did? My only thought is that we were signally to any potential buyer that the large partner will be occupied elsewhere so it’s less attractive. But surely there is some read across from the Frontier formation on the Cuda acreage or is Cuda just concerned with Dakota?
