10m buys still popping up fairly frequently. Thanks defo not a private investor for this long at these levels. Must be at 2-3% by now.

We already raised for drilling contingency 6 weeks ago and other drilling is paid upfront so £800k plus reserves should be plenty to cover the move of 3 drills for a short period of time. JV will bring cash.

I wonder did every 10% increase in lithium prices how much the project value increases - it will be fun to find out of the DFS. Up 500% in one year and still shortages. China cornering the market in Africa so the big western companies must be under pressure to secure some supply. Rio getting kicked out of their big lithium project is huge.

Bick, I’ve just explained the logic- a placing dilutes us based on the current MCAP, whereas a joint venture with take off dilutes us based on the value of the asset + take off, which is perhaps 6x higher than out MCAP and rising.

0.4p is very realistic. Even if we stay where we are today (I think we will go higher) we just need 10% tomorrow and 10% Friday to hit 0.4p. I wouldn’t bet against that. And if we get some more assay results??? 0.5p?

Exactly, if Art really wanted to buy more on the open market despite the upcoming bonanza options he awarded himself they surely he will still buy more once we come out of the close period if the price is at or below the level of his previous buys? If not we know he was full of it and just wanted to placate investors before the options rns.

The options were a bit much. Down yesterday and down today. Art needs to get some of the news out for the current blackout period. Maybe he will buy some cheaper shares in the market as he said he wanted to?

Doesn’t make sense to directly dilute the shares with a placing when we are so undervalued relative to the value of the asset. A JV deal will be all about the asset and not our current MCAP. Maybe if we were at a more sensible level over 1p then a placing would make sense. We’re now going down the JV funding route and I’m happy that there won’t ever be another placing here.

Don’t agree that we would want to get monies upfront. The project will be one more and more valuable, why give more away now when we are just getting into high grade extensions?

Well we’ve got the cheap placing shares being dumped and then we will have the open offer shares dripping in. We needed the cash but it’s going to hold the share price back for a little while IMO

No one pays for OIP, just what they can commercially extract. The market doesn’t know that figure and isn’t taking a risk on it. We know the extraction rates are likely to be over 50% and the POO is going to make this a very profitable development but the majors want to see independent confirmation IMO. Great chance for PIs to get in early. Won’t be long now.

I think we could have reasonably expected £20m for 20%, but that was before 14 or so large lithium players started making unsolicited offers to get involved. We’ve now cherry picked the best offer which will I believe set out traches of investment including extra payouts for additional resource upgrades and some form of off take agreement which will reduced the % we have to share. They are coming to us and we hold all the cards. Yes the deal has to make commercial sense for all parties but I think we (holders) will all be pleasantly surprised. Lithium has become a resource of national strategic importance and we have one of the largest hard rock deposits in the world emerging. GLA
