Update: £6m Prem value of Circum remains but looking at 4.6% of a project with NPV of £500m which looks to double in a faily quick time frame.

Obviously our share will be diluted in some way by then but still big numbers and more of a passive investment now.

I've got buys set at 0.42p & 0.5p, lets see what happens... I think we could hit 0.7p just on the back of assay results. Expecting some next week.

Fastmarkets’ price assessment for lithium carbonate, 99.5% Li2CO3 min, battery grade, spot price range, exw domestic China, was 400,000-430,000 yuan ($62,833-67,545) per tonne on Thursday February 10, up by 50,000-60,000 yuan per tonne from 350,000-370,000 yuan per tonne a week earlier.

Also this guy lives near a proposed tar sand processing facility and wasnt too happy about it

The only thing that makes sense (to me with limited knowledge) of the 10 Jan discovery update would be that we are not bidding on Cuda. However we raised on 1 Dec for Cuda purchase so what changed? Maybe we got wind of a large bidder who already knew the potential of frontier but were keeping the knowledge confidential - Continental fits the bill perfectly. In which case Art, knowing that we wouldn’t get it, wanted to attract the highest possible bidders to increase the implicit value of our stake and make sure with had someone with deep pockets (Exxon).

Too many have their sells set at 0.385p-0.4p for us to break 0.4p today imo. It will be good to churn some of them out. Just bear in mind that 10% today is double what 10% was last week, we are rising quickly and consistent 10% or so days is the best way to do it to avoid large retraces. Fully expect a 40-50% day next week as we get more news, selling now seems awfully short sighted but top slicing on the way up is how some do it. Not me, not here. Wish I’d put more in, have been thinking that everyday, so added more today.. GLA

COPL is my most boring exciting holding. In a range, drifting down, no news for ages. Hopefully next week will see a retrace gradually back up towards 40p and then at some point news drops to push it over. We could be there… maybe….

Seems that Cuda and CPR are some way off in March, Q4 results due next week should provide a full round up with current production figures hopefully being provided. We’ve got a sizeable gas hedge to some extent offsetting out terrible oil hedge, getting Cuda is vitally important for us to generate the income we need for ongoing drilling, I just feel like there will be a lot of interest at current POO. If we don’t get it then it’s redeploy Cuda funds into Frontier drilling (as some in here want) but that’s August so current production remains important in paying the bills. In 6 months we will be doubling production on consecutive drills but we know that investors are an impatient lot. News of farmout funding may be the unexpected booomage news despite the ‘internal resources’ comment - next weeks update may give some indication to that end. Holding strong (but bored) for the big payday. GLA

Bck - you are a padantic one arnt you? ...its fairly obvious, funding will likely be with a number of parties, they have to sign agreemnts with all the owners. Fewer owners, less due diligence, signoffs, etc. If the owners have to raise capital as part of the funding then this can be done via a single vehicle and removes the chance that someone wont be able or want to meet the financial obligation. Also a single direct owner can fulfil a number of ongoing adminstration duties that would otherewise be duplicated by all owners.

Looks like the 10m buyer has returned as predicted, should start moving back up again now.

The good news keeps rolling in and we are still hugley undervalued.

The 10m buyer disappeared yesterday morning then reappeared in the afternoon, lets hope the same happens today. GLA

"Vortex is a newly formed unquoted special purpose company founded by Regent Mercantile Holdings Limited ("Regent"). Regent proposed a ************** to the minority shareholders in Circum, including Premier, for new shares in Vortex. Accepting shareholders would have an indirect interest in Circum through their holding in Vortex, and their Vortex interest would mirror their current ownership of Circum."

We had just under 4.8% in Circum
Now we have 13.1% of 35.7% of Vortex which equals.. guess what?? Just under 4.8% of Circum

The deal consolidates minor interests into one vehicle to make admin/funding etc more simplified. i.e costs less and makes funding easier.

Great move, no shenanigans or back door dealings, just certain people on this board casting doubt for there own ends, which certainly don't match those of current holders.

Some people seem to be trying to spin this as bad news… brings development closer and follows on from the below. Ethiopia is huge and the desert area in Afar us of little interest in the ongoing conflict where the gov have broken the Tigray forces. It’s not going to happen soon but it’s a nice asset to have.

I'm not as well researched as some on here but a share of 5000bopd? Must be a conservative £50m profit p.a. Add in £10m charge.

The funding will be key to unlocking it so would expect to see around £35m mcap once that is agreed = 2p
Once into production £100m+ depending on what else is going on, terms of financing etc. = 6p
