I don’t think it’s as simple as just accepting the highest bid. There due diligence and ofcourse the bids may have been structured differently.

Now we are set up its just a matter of repeating revenues with very little additional cost. Margins will improve each time a deal is signed. I can only see this one going up and up on a daily/weekly basis.

Waiting in anticipation of the big reveal On Cuda, just a week and a half away. Then we will see what we see. I don’t anticipate much share price action until then.

The 1k bopd hedge is a way of guaranteeing operational costs are covered. We should be producing enough that we dont have to worry or even talk about the hedge but that isnt happening yet. If we want to actually earn some monies then we need to boost production. Cuda would be a good start. Improvements to MF next. August drilling plans to top it off.

I see the big risk being a placing in the short term. I don’t think it will be a lot or at a sizeable discount. Weigh this against the current JV discussions and wider Lithium market DYOR

I don’t believe EUA will be delisted. Operations being based in Russia is the key concern obviously. We we’ve undervalued before this with massive value realising projects kicking off. How will this all be dealt with! I can’t help but think that future updates will be positive vs current sentiment and MCAP.

The hedge is for COPL to provide a certain level of oil at a certain price. Anything over that is at WTI. There is no additional hedge.

Wet positive interview. The funders are pushing Tomco for completion before Easter. Increasing WTI won’t have hurt the project economics.

The boom in Lithium prices doesn’t just mean that the value of our asset has gone up multiples, it also means that the largest lithium producers have more cash to chase fewer assets = outs PREM in a very string position during JV talks AND increases chance of takeover

If we lose the bid for Cuda we have the monies raised for that to fund drilling. If we win Cuda then we accumulate revenue to fund drilling to get us up to 7k bopd by the end of the year. This is what ‘funded from internal cash’ means. We have £20m headway in the lending facility which I expect will go towards developing the discovery. Both of these need agreement from the lender as any cash reserves we have over $2.5m are liable to be swept out unless they have agreed to operational spend, which I am sure they will as this was the plan all along. We have to wait for Cuda to be announced before we get any update on forward operational planning because that will impact where and what we target. Any thing else we produce now will be sold at WTI prices and hopefully an increased working interest.

It may reject the claims but once they then get referred to FOS they are being upheld.

Such a great company, we have everything in place now we just scale up. Advertising spend in this area is increasing. The market is increasing. All headwinds for the business.
