Daz was a king term holder in KID who sold out at a loss just before big rise. He hung around the board like a bad smell and I assume he then got back in at a much higher price only to see PREM shoot up. His comments are not worth reading as they are laced with bitterness.

The history of the license is; Atomic was a distressed seller, Cuda went bust and the operator just about covers costs. Not to mention the silent Chinese partner!?! The operator also have a lien over $2m (?) of Cuda profits which a buyer would prob have to pay off. The MF programme has stalled well short of expected bod increase with additional capital requirements….

We know the potential even in these formations but IMO while on the face of it Cuda looks like a nice little buy, any due diligence would put off a small time buyer. That’s why I think either we got it cheap or a big player has picked it up.

Either way once Cuda is sorted we can move on with getting more oil out of the firing fairly quickly. There’s the pressure issue and plenty of wells that are currently shut in that don’t need drilling. We can increase production from existing wells while we wait for the drilling window in August on the discovery. This is a real turning point for COPL.

Looks like verification of what we were expecting. The receiver set out they’re expected timeline below. This was based on the selling agent timeline when they were appointed. They are currently negotiating agreements and under taking due diligence on any offers. LOI to be signed next week if timeline is adhered to. Court approval expected to be completed in April, so up to 6 weeks.

February 4, 2022 – non-binding bid deadline;
(g) February 4 to March 4, 2022 – negotiate formal binding purchase and sale agreement or restructuring proposal with interested parties, assist with final due diligence;
(h) March 15, 2022 – binding purchase agreement signed, with deposit; and
(i) April 2022 – seek Canadian Court and US Court approval and close transaction

This isn’t called a margin.

We free talk about the oil hedge but no one mentions the butane hedge which seems to be bringing in atleast as much profit as the loss on the oil hedge. As oil prices rise so is gas. We’ve locked in substantial purchase agreements at a very low price over 3 years. If we eventually get a pipe in and start injecting more of our own gas then that’s even more profit on the gas hedge.

Margins will improve massively as we scale up, focus on securing larger deals (as we already have done) and leverage our partnership with Azerions sales team.

The frequency of quality updates coming out of the company is just mind blowing.

You seem to be confusing margins - the cost of securing and operating the deal vs revenue - with the structure of the deal.

In the Silica front, we have another company paying us to for them to prove up it is viable for extraction. Couldn’t be better. It’s all coming together here.

Looks like they will keep expanding and paying us to produce and supply the sands. Easy money.

All we become clear on Tuesday/Wednesday next week. Then we have a mass of news flow to set out our 2022 discovery / drilling plans to results at the end of March with current flow rates. Very exciting times.

Why don’t you explain how the revenue will be split if it’s not …$30m … for Bidstack… Over 2 years. You have done other way to interpret this?

I feel bad that you are£100k down but if the rest of us get in cheaper and make some money now that business it really taking off that’s really not going to hurt you. You’re deramping really isn’t going to hurt the company. May as well tuck these away, learn from you mistake and get in with your life.

2020 loss = £7m on £1.7m revenue
2021 - tbc but something similar with higher spend and higher revenue
2022 - Bidstack has secured a revenue stream of a guaranteed minimum of US$30 million advertising spend over two years, commencing 1 March 2022
- Bidstsck have signed a deal with the worlds largest media investment company
- Bidstack have expanded portfolio by over 100 games and growing
- Bidstack are announcing new deals on a daily/weekly basis

Looks like much better than ‘break even’ from here to me. If you can’t work that out you really shouldn’t be investing.

The trolls are always a good sign, ever they are bitter LTH that bought and sold at the wrong time or they are small fry waiting to add £200 worth of shares come payday.
