So there is £35m of convertible shares, not to mention ongoing dilution for expenses. KEFI is worth £29m?

How does that work?

Looks like there is a massive hole in the funding 'to be provided by KEFI £122m?

If we can confirm progress on all the positive news announced to date that would be a massive demonstration of how under valued this is

Ready for a BIG day

Dilution to date has been a nightmare but anyone investing now has a company with a mine moving into profitability, investment will n a number of other projects, royalties already paid for and a service agreement for additional revenue.

As Investment at BP bares fruit we can look forward to positive production updates and huge upgrades to ore in place to extend the mine life.

The company is almost valued for failure but is in fact in a very good position to accelerate value for those getting in at sub 2.5p imo. £40-£50m isn’t an unreasonable valuation if everything falls into place. That’s a big if, but that’s the chance you take and why it’s so cheap.

Completely agree with the 'Jam' brigade, we need to wait and see if what has been promised is delivered where it hasn't been in the past hence the 95% drop in share price.

The decision is whether to get in now at rock bottom prices or wait until it is confirmed (or not).

We have the Royalty and service agreement for Tajikistan to provide immediate revenue.
We know 1 possibly 2 new drills are on site. 3.5x production with access to better material.
Monday should tell us whether the things that have already been announced are actually progressing. Q2 numbers will tell us if it is adding to the bottom line.

Im not sure of the motives of the derampers on here, maybe looking for a much cheaper entry, otherwise why bring so much negativity into your life?

I don't think there will be more news before the Q&A. Plenty action in Q2 already telegraphed - Mantis drilling rigs - 3.5 times output with a reduction of labour , the molybdenum flotation circuit and the service agreement and royalty in Tajikistan.

Vast has bottomed out imo, just need the actual ramp up to be confirmed then it’s no more false dawns and back up to 10p range

Looks tasty here for a rise this week and next. With better production results 2p+ should hold this time. Currently priced for failure considering the assets so it’s a case of wait and see or pick up cheap shares now.

Questions over the financials well and truely put to bed, how is this not over £3? Seller seems to be dumping into the liquidity generated by these results, would love to see that slow down so this can fly.

Q1 should see us back over £3 and climbing, but you never know in this market. Certainly the results should be strong.

Good news but as always the grades are underwhelming

Clearly atlas had the right to convert until they received payment. Amateur hour at vast not confirming before putting out an. RNS. Atlas have acted in. Bad faith but within terms of the contract

Group revenue increase of 236% in Q1 2022
Mechanisation expected to substantially increase production of copper concentrate, commencing in June 2022
Increased production faces as the Antonio Skarn widens from 4 metres to in excess of 32 metres.
Additonal revenue streams planned from other metal sales such as Molybdenum.

With Baita Plai moving ahead at full steam we also have enlarged exploration target of up to 5.8M tonnes

We've got the 100% financed 12.25% royalty in Tajikistan expected to commence in Q2 2022.
In Zimbabwe we've got the joint venture mining agreement in the Marange Diamond Fields.

Lots of positive news now to come

Exactly what we were hoping for. No more low ball conversions, fully funded with plenty of room for investment, production accelerating. This looks very cheap now.

Lots of extreme pumping and deramping, suggest people read the latest updates and make up there own minds. Seems very cheap to me.

Someone is wanting to get in tomorrow

Read the updates 3rd May, Altas funding distasteful but required to get us here. This is going to the moon, huge material potential will be translated into earnings, cash in the bank not just speculative jam tomorrow. Going to see a shift in the fundamentals very soon and the current MCAP will look laughable. 10p a real possibility before the end of the year.
