I wasn’t a fan of the company when it was in the 30s and losing money. Now things have changed, I still don’t like the leadership but at this price and with the upcoming news flow with a turn to profit it’s a much better prospect.

Nothing to report now until it completes. We know Art doesnt do the little confirmation RNS, as much as we would like them. We could be paying the monies across as early as today which could result in an RNS - the Atomic acquisition confirmation came in at 12:56.

Looks like someone has been told to sell what they can above 18p. Imo that’s a hint. Cash raising to pay for Cuda @ 17p or so… just a guess. Would be fine with me, once it’s cleared we can add big time

Atomic cane with all the facilities and additional leases as well as the larger WI. Can’t see Cuda being worth more than $7m at the time we purchased it. Things are picking up now but there’s plenty of excess capacity and investment opportunities within o&g current leases, I don’t think the demand for Cuda would haven that high at the time. The concern is that IF we got it cheap then a debtor might object with the rising POO and therefore value of the asset.
I also thought that the discovery was published when it was so that anyone who would bid for Cuda would know that the operator would focus on our other assets rather than Cuda if we didn’t pick it up. If we can pay from Cuda out of current reserves then that would be incredible. My earlier comment was just a thought and unlike most on here I have no belief that my post in amongst the 300 per day on this stock has any influence on the share price. Do you really think that someone read the derampers comments so decided to sell £1m shares over the last few days?? Looking forward to tomorrow and thdd we next few weeks but still nervous.

Well the insatiable demand to make purchases will now be satisfied by more debt going on the balance sheet. Pretty soon mpany with the debt ceiling will be expanded and this will be just another company with a $1bn value and $1bn debt. Shame really.

Is it the case that the lender got 6% of the company as a result of the technical default that occurred over a 2 day period when the oil hedge and gas swaps didnt match up?

What’s the deal with the current income from the Cuda WI.is it allocated to the buyer (copl) or is it going to the lenders until the asset sale gets signed off. Copl accounts seemed to suggest it was due to copl for the last few months which I don’t really understand.

What was all the hoohaa with telegram? Someone apparently had the RS report?? Was it all hot air?

RS report due end May 2022 - another deadline missed. Why state expected dates in a RNS if you might not stick be able to stick to it, just looks unprofessional.

S$ is just continuing its downward trend started in the heady days of Sept 2021. While the extreme growth is massively accelerates the revenue it seems the market is no longer prepared to price this on a x revenue basis. It may be time to start consolidating the acquisitions, increase bottom line cash and return profits to shareholders to provide a more solid base for valuation.

The share price has seen a massive drop and now the execs are rather cynically trying to link their pay to any future share price increases... I'm happy to see pay linked in part to share price performance but I assume they haven't seen a 70% drop in pay since last September. Feels a bit opportunistic - if you think its under valued buy some shares in the market like the rest of us

Im not sure about transforming. We will be getting few hundred more barrels of oil from the same structures moving this from a loss making company to one cash generating at the operational level. Still a long way to go to the £50m valuation. Perhaps without the worse hedge in history this would be doing well. Needs to start producing even just a few thousand barrels from these billions of barrels that are lying around. Whats the plan? How will it be paid for - 'out of internal cash flow'? heard that before many times here.

Not sure what RS report can show without any drilling hence the need for appraisal drilling to secure RBL. Sure they can say there might be oil there but how will it be allocated - unproven?
