Dividend!?! Stated goal is to continue the rate of acquisition with debt funding if the share price isnt high enough to allow share issues. Thats about as far from a dividend policy as you can get. Dividend will come once the growth phase is over. Probably 3-5 years from now.

Bit of a boost on the same old tosh that has been spouted for the last 4 years. Traders will be gone before the end of the week.

I think every shareholder would be disgruntled at these levels? Unless you've just bought in ofcourse. Give it time.

Still some large background sells it seems. They won’t care about future prospects, just want their 10% on the flip. That the price we pay for funding when the main project was losing money. Yes agree that the details on the Kaz project have plenty of gaps. Would have thought there was a project doc that details the anticipated revenue. Atleast we are abreast of the developments on the ground and we seem to be seeing progress on all fronts, just need it to hit the bottom line. July should be where the pay dirt is at but may take as long as sept for the market to be happy that net revenue is being produced.

The sellers are not waiting for transformational news, they are just selling. The sellers have been right so far. Is this an all time low on the share price? Certainly since the last consolidation. This has has 'transformational' news in the over pressured pipeline for years. African, Atomic, 2bn bbls, Cuda. To date none of it has panned out. Placings in the hundreds of millions. Wages/bonus'/share options in the tens of millions. Debt and more debt. Someone is making money out of this farce and its not me or you lot. Maybe more jam tomorrow Rodney..

The original guidance in May was that processing would commence in Q2. This has now moved to 'by the end of July' so a few weeks delay. We have no influence over the time line of the project which has an 'ambitious development schedule'. The second line at Baita 6 weeks early was in our hands and a great success .

It will be interesting to see what kind of numbers come out of this new project. I'm hoping for £50-£100k per month.

The costs to Vast have been paid in the form of the acquisition of Central Asia Investment. Financing in place to start the project with ongoing costs paid out of project revenue. If the project is a success we should never have to pay put anything. The profit/costs/revenue etc will be dealt with and reflected by the valuation of our ownership in Central Asia Investment, which hopefully will rise as production kicks in. This should be reflected in the next financial statements. The royalty doesn't have any costs going forward.

Wow a £30m loss recognised due to the hedge. Painful

We own half the company that owns half the project, so 25%. The project has already been fully financed. We also get the 12.5% royalty. Income that will continue to scale up and not cost us anything or be diluted.

Around 50m shares sold yesterday, hopefully coming to the end of the atlas conversion shares @ 0.27p.
I thought yesterday was a bad day but 50m shares churned for a 3% drop isn’t too bad. Once the selling stops this will motor. This week I reckon could see a move back to 1p.

We have been shown we are banking half a milion pounds profits each month,and ready for a lift up soon. - Talking of spin! Why were we in technical default if we were making so much money? Maybe the last few months we made a little money on an operational basis after expenditure was cut drastically with no drilling - I CBA to worked it out - but every other month since the atomic acquisition this has lost money. Are you disputing that? Does the money we are making cover the admin expenses? Write downs. Exchange rate loss. Finance costs. Bonus schemes? Special fees paid to directors.

Actually Im still invested here, just a bit more realistic. I know the same people ramping this now are the same ones that ramped this pre Atomic purchase - STILL saying - just wait and see, its going to be amazing after ...after...after.... well i will wait and see and believe it when I see it.

These are the facts. Dont try an act like the market just doesnt know whats going on - oh what a bargain! shh keep it secret and we'll all be rich! Oh but the share price is always going down? - Dont worry about it!

If the financial are not released tomorrow this gets suspended and most likely administration. All the smart money will move out before close, BUT the suspension announcement could come any time, even mid market today. Just a warning. Ofcourse it could get its shlt in order and multibag.

There has just been a sale process and we paid the highest offer which was around £14m so not really priced just on Cuda are we? An unconfirmed discovery that has so far flowed at 100bopd, an oil processing facility that can’t handle the gas pressures and production excluding Cuda at a very low hedge. Just bring realistic. All these things have to materially improve before the market gives us any more value.

If we estimate that around 10m placing shares are being churned per day thats 24 days total. We are pretty much there now.
