If you check the opening price at it equates to about £1.62 so that aligns but closing price there shouldn't mean we open with the same but it's a good sign. It would be madness to open down when the US are 45% up vs our 12%.

Avacta has burnt me a few times, tbh nothing surprises me anymore, 100p wouldn't! The only difference this time is there is an actual tangible positive update. Let's hope SP will do what it should and have another blue day tomorrow.

I think SP in the long run has the potential to do very well plus could be takeover tumours. But if no new news is forthcoming at the science day then SP could stagnate. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if this went sub 140p tomorrow. I hope not as I'm a LTH, but won't sell.

Well getting regulatory approval is a massive milestone, and then getting the product to market. That is all preceded by clinical trial sign off. Takes years. So more to come.

Dev shares will be tradeable after Jan 18th just not on LSE. They'll be down in value no doubt but hopefully come good in time.

Voluntary delisting can be seen as a positive. No shares have been lost. Company could grow in time. Best to sit tight see where we are in 2 years.

Dev Clever (DEV) announced that it intends to submit a request to the good people at the FCA for the cancellation of the listing of the Company’s ordinary shares on the Official List and trading on the LSE. The company said steps have begun to complete a rebranding exercise of the Company and its subsidiaries under the “Veative” banner and the Company’s name will change to Veative Group plc.

I think so as we still hold shares in DEV. This also from RNS.

Following this planned period of restructuring and growth, the Board will then be able to seek a re-listing of the Company in the future, in London or on an alternative international exchange which fairly values the Group's business and its exciting global prospects.
