A full company sale or JV of Alpala pre NSR financing would likely have been on pretty meagre terms due to recurring liquidity risk.

Instead, we're funded for Alpala studies, we have discovered Porvenir and there's great potential for something else to complimemt those. We've also had early joy at Tandayama America.

When SOLG comes to fruition isn't something you can affect or control, so if it happens in line with your timeframe then great, but if not then it's just a bit unfortunate and a bit of hard luck.

CGP want out of ENSA because they can't fund their share of development, so they want to take their upside ans cut and run to their next project. A corporate trader if you will.

Look at all the cash raised via the placing and open offer, the Valuestone subscription, the FNV deal. Is that massively dilutive?

I'd suggest not.

The AGM allows 5% of the issued share capital to be raised for expenditure, so c.105m shares.

If that is raised at 30-50p over the next 12 months to delineate another tier one asset or fund a couple of significant discovery then you won't hear me or other buy and hold investors complaining, because when a major does decide to tske the reins it won't be for something insignificant.

It's going to be funny if a bid does drop and things heat up. All these people hating on management or the company will be slapping each others backs.

We don't have 70 other sites in the sense that we have to split ourselves out 70 times.

We have a high priority regional portfolio of 12/13 projects, some of which we have started drilling on. These projects are made up of 2/3/4 or more contiguous PLs.

SOLG have shown in 2020, a year of general strife and pain for everyone, that they are capable of moving things along at scale.

Clearly some wanted a christmas trade in the 40s or 50s given copper prices. Unlucky.

I don't want shareholder value at the expense of giving too much of the asset away though Earthling.

I see little value in selling our backsides right now.

SOLG have been progressing the conditional finance for some time and i reckon this is going pretty well.

There was a good explanation of the reason why GGP is steaming hot compared to SOLG in the SOLG telegram group by a holder of both stocks.

SOLG are trying to spin various plates single-handedly (Alpala, regionals, wider Cascabel targets etc), whereas GGP have left the hard yards to Newcrest and are pushing their own secondary licence areas along. They are pretty much carried by the recent loan and can effectively do their own thing whilst thw scope of Havieron reveals itself.

That's the difference between strategic shareholdings and investment at project level i suppose.

SOLG has all the upside of GGP and potentially more beaides but the two companies have chosen to skin the cat (metaphorically speaking) differently.

It might help if we only commented on facts.

The fact is that we don't know what Geodrill have done.

Instead of worrying about who is selling stock it might be better to lool at what the milestones might be for IRR in 2021.

The price is continually weak because the stock is illiquid but is nevertheless being traded by a few who cause the price to be suppressed into areas you wouldn't expect.
