You really believe this was possible at any stage Addicknt?
That Nick was a terrible bloke. He raised finance for the company at the prevailing asset value rather than a sharply suppressed corporate value.
That Nick was an awful bloke. He gave our big shareholders 2-3 years of anti-dilution rights as part of the agreements governing their original investments and top-ups.
I never once said BHP would roll over. But at the same time you almost expect SOLG to roll over, issue equity to them whenever they want it and at a price they're happy with, regardless of whether it dilutes you.
I'm starting to wonder if you work for or with BHP. In fact I'm not... I've been wondering it for a while.
