But whether that bonus gets triggered is another matter entirely. Someone joining the business ... say last December... is virtually 8 months in and seemingly we're no closer to this full/partial monetisation you speak of.

Maybe they dont think it is a good chance they'll only be in situ a short while.

Maybe we just have to look at this and acknowledge that value has already been created and there isn't much more upside to come?

After all, the company indicates this in the RNS today when it talks of "preserving" shareholder value.

Maybe we should take the hint? It's OK having the regional portfolio. Porvenir looks OK. Blanca too early to say but not that encouraging.

Maybe 35-40p is about what SolGold is worth? It isn't something I ever believed but I look at that RNS and it reads like the company feels it has already done its job by shareholders.

The real growth some are looking for is generated by quality new discoveries.

That is how this came about after all. Quady was berated by DBW for referencing SolGold taking this to production.

My point all along is that it is not OK to crab one person's view and outlook because it doesn't meet with one's own.

I was asked about production. I said it should be treated in the same way that takeover / Cascabel JV talk is.

I've been completely fair where both eventualities are concerned. I We simply don't know what will happen.

Better to focus on the here and now rather than talking about things that might not ever happen.

I don't see the point in continually discussing something that isn't guaranteed to happen.

You have finally started recognising yourself that you expect further milestones to be checked before any such offer. Some of us have been pointing this out for some time.

Yep agree DBW where production is concerned.

I've never known a stock like SOLG where everyone (me included) is fixated with the end game rather than what happens between now and then.

Maybe we should concern ourselves with project reports, geology, MD&A and corporate matters.

You're right though albeit a little blunt.

Generalising of course because not every placed is a flipper but the 7p shares were shifted on the move to 21p last year. We then saw the company call the warrants at 12p and they were shifted on the move to 28p.

Those who funded IRR at those levels can't say they got a bum deal.

I'm convinced what we're seeing now is the remnants of the 20p raise. Some call it the accumulation zone.

Given this company requires no further funding for the foreseeable... maybe even 5 years... maybe ever, this will rerate.

Some of us will be laughing about this in a few weeks time when the SP starts with a 4,5 or 6.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out what comes next.

Don't forget... no warrants on the 20p raise, so no flip to recycle. Once they have sold they have sold.

There's a reason we've had a couple of vocal dissenters turn up. They know they need to time their entry right because once it goes it's not that likely to come back unless there's a crisis.

DBW - people are entitled to believe what they wish but are they entitled to perpetuate a myth? I'm not so sure on that.

And that is what any notion of a takeover of SOLG or JV for Cascabel has been to date.

Week in week out you see subtle encouragements and ramper type comments on this board. "Ooooooh you don't want to be out over the weekend..." and the likes of.

Rcgl2 is spot on again and generally talks plenty of sense. Quady is supporting that but typically causes abrasion and so the too and fro starts again.

Purdey - it's all well and good the company making that statement but how verifiable is it considering none are over 3%?

Which bonafide institutions do we think are going to buy a £20m mcap pure exploration play? Not many. If any. Only being honest here. KAV's use of the term could refer to a small family office for example.

Sp28 - KAV doesn't have any institutional shareholders. The list of notifiable holders is made up of stockbrokers which have pooled the holdings of individuals.

The recent raise was to private investors.

KAV have done a good job of telling the geophys story but we're now at the point where we find out if the drill can walk the walk.

I hsve also been invesed sice the early days and asked about the plan for dilution, such is the scale of KAVs asset base. They've done OK to this point given the junior resource sector malaise and then the Covid-19 market event but now it's time to really tighten belts, use the cash from any upcoming warrant exercises.

As early shareholders we have absorbed all the risk and i know full well what will happen next if we intercept massive sulphides at the bottom of those gabbroic keels... It's at that point the likes of Willem Middelkoop and his fund, maybe Warren Irwin and his fund will start taking positions. They'll do this via a private placement.

Directors have good holdings here and they have to be mindful of how much of the pie they are giving away because cash will be thrown our way if we find what we're looking for.

Does anyone know where i can find a list of the outstanding warrants? I can't see this on fhe website anywhere and with different warrants issued with each financing it has become convoluted.

Lets hope it does better than his other companies, one of which is having to vhange name to rid itself of the smell.

IRR will be on a new trajectory in the coming weeks. Fully funded by Piedmont who are creating a fantastic i tegrated proposition in the US.

IRR have lots to look forwards to as further news on the Cape Coast Lithium Project drops. There's only one other project on the London markets i can think of that has the same potential exploration upside. Magnificent.
