At the end of 2020 UOG had average boepd of 2195. The oil price was under $50 at the end of the year but as low as $20 when the Abu Sennan transaction completed.

Revenues were $9m net of govt take for the 10 months to 31 Dec 2020.

So here we are in 2021. Oil prices between $50-75 and gas prices higher than they were post pandemic. Most importantly UOGs production profile has grown steadily and for Q3 2021 must be somewhere north of 3000boepd. Q4 we could be looking at 3200+. Not to mention the upgrades to reserves on the licence.

Fundamentally the company has improved leaps and bounds during 2021 and if it stays at this level then i suspect we'll be trading at a very low P/E come the end of the year.

This appears to be the buy zone to me.

It's now time for the company to deliver. If they do so they investor interest returns and order book manipulation becomes more difficult.

Jerry - it would be a horrendous result in my book but i have to say that it is not out of the question.

In fact, a similar result was my first reaction to the Reuters article released breaking the news of Nick Mather stepping down. It will be in my posting history.

It would be a huge opportunity squandered but it will provide some folks with the wealth they want or need and i congratulate them for that.

Plus, I'm hoping there's another that can step into the breach that would be left by SOLG in terms of blue sky potential.

Quady, I'm not convinced that CGP are in the slightest bit interested in SOLG financing 100% of Cascabel and loading any repayment fully onto proeuction revenues.

That locks them in for another decade.

I believe they want an exit from the project, at fair value or a premium.

How will SOLG engineer that for them, if we are to assume SOLG are onside?

Focus on a stock with good fundamentals. Talk it down to influence as many people to sell as possible. Buy with a target of anything between 10-30%. Short term trades.

There was no need to make an immediate CEO change. As much as some like to protest to the contrary, Nick won re-election at the EGM, so was able to stay in position from a constitutional point of view.

The whole exercise to move Keith front of house was a bit strange. It was evident he didn't want the job long term and besides, his skill set was needed getting this PFS redone.

So what was the thinking?

Nick should have stayed in role until 30 September via mutual consent with an orderly handover to an appointed replacement ahead of PFS delivery in Q4.

Anything else makes no sense.

As it was, the voices of the minority won out, our Co-founder and the guy who oversaw a transformational tier 1 discovery was kicked aside and we've had 6 months of... whatever you can all this 6 months.

Tensions have been frayed on this board before and I can only see that happening again in the lead up to the PFS. A couple of people are acutely aware of the Crux message and maybe Harbour reservations about a mine plan that allows early exploitation of a shallow resource to help fund the block cave. I acknowledge those concerns but am happy to wait for the company's official line.

It's a bit of a mess and the summer lull adds to perception. Board needs to get it's ducks aligned and execute a strategy that is going to deliver near term growth for those that want/need it.

Just my thoughts here but I'm not convinced Vince will plug in a higher SC6 price into an updated scoping study, at least not without referencing the economics at $650. I would strongly advise against it anyway.

Investors want to see projects that work using conservative spot prices. The best projects in the gold space will assume $1200-1300p/oz and the copper space $2.50-$3 p/t for example. What works at those levels will see the capital IMO.

That doesn't mean we as investors or our brokers through their analysis can't highlight the economics at +/- $150.

I'd expect the next study to show increased LOM revenues along with higher pre and post tax NPV8 to reflect the increase in resources from the latest drill campaign. That will do the job IMO.

And if that wasn't enough we'll drill some more when the Piedmont deal gets ratified...

IMO there's absolutely no need to overshoot what we have here. It is truly huge. Piedmont have seen it. From the updated scoping study and particularly the DFS the idea should be to show industry leading metrics of 125% IRR and a payback of less than one year(!) at what is now a very sensible price benchmark but with additional resource bolted on.

That's the beauty of Ewoyaa. It will be able to do it and do it well if times do become hard and should lithium prices falter again.

Vince, you have brokered a fantastic deal. Now hold onto that other 50% like your career depends on it and drill as fast and aggressively as you can.

There's no need to manufacture an artificial share price for UOG. It has the fundamentals, if the BoD delivers on them.

Respectfully, we don't need an OTC listing. Leave that to dogs like the one you mentioned.

We need UOG to carry on achieving tangible progress over the next 6/12/18 months across all projects and ensure appropriate PR is crried out. The SP will look after itself.

Quady has been firm in his/her response to BBG, maybe overly so, but I'd hardly say there's a "tirade of insults".

That has been part of this problem where this board is concerned for a while. Quady refutes points made by the majority and he/she is immediately villified.

Quady could tone it dowm slightly by the way. Absolutely. But anyone making a comment like the one BBG did should really be qualifying it.

I believe the company isn't taking this hire lightly, particularly given everything that has gone on and the situation and circumstances we find ourselves in. They want to get the right person for the job, as anyone should expect. Anything else is pretty much wishful thinking without an RNS confirming we are under offer.

This is a different world now from the one you are alluding too, where folk worked around the clock including weekends and public holidays. H&S is now at the forefront and a safe drill with 0 LTIs will be an internal target I'm sure.

Kavango wouldn't be an outlier here, and we have form for this as Ella has pointed out. Also, without meaning to sound blasè, a lot of us have been here 2-3 years. Will another 2 or 3 days on the schedule break our backs?
