On that basis here's a forecast from a galloping amateur. They will bid 20 p plus a capital injection, probably late into suspension. This gives the option to come back of there's a counter bid. Or if WG reject it. Unlikely as I sense the BID want out. I'm long on the shares .

Looking at fall today I don't think the market expects any takeover news anytime soon.

Hopefully you city gents can tell me why M S raise their stake to 5% just before the price plummets! Surely they must know something. What chance a takeover?

Interesting to read the opinions today. However looking at share transactions which are minimal it appears no-one is buying big. Maybe the smart money doesn't see much upside, strange.
