Anyone able to confirm if my simplistic view comparing yesterday's close price is correct? The way I calculate it is 3 shares at close price would equal 4149 (3 x 1383), RI means 8 more shares at 489 = 3912 (555 euro into £s). So these 11 shares would cost 8061 equating to 732 per share, so approx 2% down on yesterday in real terms?

Recebt job advert states 'With a world class mineral resource and recently closed financing...' The financing reference sounds promising to me and ad suggests they will continue operating.

Agree, the majors wouldn't be going through all that time and effort especially with the complexities mentioned with the transfer process unless there was a substantial reward at the end for them. It's still difficult to sit and watch the sp drop though, even though I'm sure it will recover.

Seingrad, you keep mentioning more chance of being closer to 10p than £1, so more chance of being less than 54p by year end, don't think many would argue, but the 10p comment comes across as a subtle deramp as price range stated is huge variation on what the valuation of the company would be

News should be irrelevant really to the changeover, everyone should be provided with any updates at the same time as soon as it becomes available, even if the news is just to explain why there hasn't been any news, including why the outstanding assay results haven't been received yet, is the lab closed etc due to covid, have they received an eta on these results, that kind of thing. I would also like to see confirmation that they are not aware of any issues that have caused the decrease in sp. Maybe I'm exoecting too much, but seems reasonable to be provided with this kind of info.

I thought it was a 5% Early Repayment Charge? RNS says 10%.

1st Qtr results were 19th Oct last year. If similar to last year, would expect either end of this week or early next week.

Could just do with a message from the bod stating they don't know of any reason for the decline in sp and a reminder of what OMI have and what is due. I've seen other companies do this to reassure share holders and try and reverse the current trend. Hopefully we'll get some news soon anyway on assays or jv.

There's been large sells every day. Just hope it's not one of the majors selling out or someone closer to the information. RMM had the same with large sells and dropping sp, then later informed about stope collapse, just hope nothing similar here.

Anyone else worried about the large sells going through? Seems to be large sells every day at the moment, thought that would have reduced once lorysur were out.
