The drops are not CCL related, they are the fact of the might might decide to blow itself up factor.

I've still got 10,000 shares, but I had got up to 70k shares, so basically I'm simply protecting my money, that's all.

I firmly believe that CCL will go up from a pure company perspective, and as soon as I see any stability on the WAR front, I will be back.

I Set myself a today number, and today all of my travel hit it, so I have today, sold out on everything travel with the exception of Easyjet and Mobico.

CCL, like all other travel will rise, just maybe no yet, so I'm protecting my money that I have. I can still eat Fillet every day until I die, but obviously there is a concern that I might be eating beans on toast if I was to leave it all in.

I still have the ones in my other trading accounts/ISA's in CCL, but that's only 10k shares.

So when I told TUI and bought more CCL I said I made a mistake.

In the last couple of days, TUI's losses have now been bigger than CCL's, and I could actually now re-buy more TUI shares for less money.!

Even my funds are down today as well, literally a sea of Red.

Bring back Covid.!

I can list you several good funds that I have a lot invested in, ironically again they went up today.!

The Techy ones have returned 30% in 9 months, the others have returned between 8 and 12% in 9 months.

The best as far as I'm concerned are my Group Funds, i.e. many Funds within a fund. I think there are approx. 1,000 shares in each one of my group funds.

It moveds0.05% daily ish, sometimes 0.1% if I'm lucky, but ironically over 9 months it soon adds up.

Even if we used $14.315. The UK Closed at £10.35.

That is $1.383 / £1

Again, if we used $14.315 as the UK Close, and the Close for the US was $14.07, that's still 24.5c, or 18p (rounded).

Either way, it doesn't really matter, it's going down.!

I went to bed last night with the full intension of waking up this morning, looking at the shares when they opened, seeing red everywhere and dumping all my travel stocks and just waiting with the cash.

I deliberately left it until 8.10am to look, and it's all green.

Looks like we fight another day.

The thing that does annoy me is the aspect of the SP, or value of the company, being reduced because of the sentiment, but then the expectations of the results do not change.

So, just taking CCL for example. The argument for the drops earlier was that Interest rate are not going to come down quickly....and Inflation is staying higher.........

You would therefore assume that the SP would drop because the theory is that people would not be cruising because they cannot now afford it......but..... the expectations of the results haven't changed.....which means that the expectations which assumed bumper months revenue and profit is still assumed, which then mutes the points about the SP drop.....

That is what truly annoys me about stocks.......and I'm not just talking about CCL.

Look at RR today, they are a defence company as well.! and the service contracts on the engines are payable whether they are flying or not.... but RR still drops, where as BAE has gone up.....

If you need the money within a few years, you should never invest in individual stocks though.

IAG got to 180 on Wednesday and is now 18.5p cheaper.

Easyjet has dropped 12% in two days.

But, every single one of my funds has gone up.!

The answer, sit, wait and watch....... End 2025 = £25
