Just sets up a stronger platform for said rises, which we can anticipate kicking in next week

You can take the flipside of it baserite and why I'm keeping my holding intact. I'm not sure the market would to be notified 'immediately' in those scenarios, but one would hope at least, that something is being arranged to circumvent the outcomes presented.

My holding will stay intact until the conclusion, one way or the other, of this story.

I can't imagine potential investors for the Mutual Fund, not taking up stock at such a discount to the prevailing price and given the marketing of it was going well, according to the 31st Jan RNS, this being when it was at a lower price to the present - 'Fully Subscribed' RNS on Monday, imo

The Farm in announcement thereafter a distinct possibity.

It is what it is - 'management' of the price compounded by stop losses being hit, imo.

I'm focusing on the contents of the RNS of the 31st Jan.

Next week these price levels will be left in the dust, imho

I would think they may be deliberately hitting stop losses - that's why many attempts at buying are going through NT first.

I keep myself focused pn what the real focus is ie drilling and for that, the last RNS clarifies where we're at, where we're going and the timeframes involved.

That's good enough to address confirmation bias & rosy glasses.....and beyond what happens to the price on any given day.

I think it's about 'managing' the share price to reflect a lesser disparity between the Mutual Fund share price and the prevailing price at its conclusion ie today.

Otherwise this was looking very good to push past 4p fairly easily in the last few days and no doubt will next week, imo.

Although such 'management' of the price can be questionable on several levels, we've suspected that's the case at the time during the OO/ Placement and now as we conclude the MF.

Next wee the brakes get taken off and I suspect a strong bullish run into close perhaps.

Good to be holding as we move into heavy Newsflow territory from next Monday.

No need for that 'Nofret' - watch BPC next week and see for yourself.

If there was an alternative funding already in place, even a bridging one, I would assume the company would need to notify the market and given they've run out of cash already.

A headless chicken can still run around for some time before collapsing - just as a broke company can still 'officially' keep running and burning up credit on the basic expenses required to run an office etc.

Of course, no one but a select few close to Art really know.

I'm still retaining my punt money in here, as focusing on bigger opportunitues elsewhere.

That may very well be the case as Corporate actions are enaxted to effectively divest Ordinary shareholders and transfer ownership to a third party - who may in some way be linked to Karim Kola??

Mutual Fund closes today and as the official line from the Company states, it's proceeding very well.

RNS Monday stating its significantly Oversubscribed imo.

Farm in announcement likely and in line with the continued initiative in that regards.

Price seems to have bern 'held' as many have speculated on, to reduce the disparity between the Mutual Fund stock and the prevailing market price.

We can expect a raft of RNSs post the conclusion of the MF and as outlined in the Official company releases and reinforced by statwments from the CEO himself.

Brakes are off next week and the major Re-rates we can expect from this highly watched stock, targeting potential World class, billion barrel resources.

A Farm in that concensus opinion expects will be announced shortly (we shall see), should propel the price beyond any previous estimates.

Very good to be holding BPC stock at this paricular time and before the start of next weeks major price activity.

'Good will from the BH people / Gov' means a lot and especially given what the company have been through to get this far - Those who have been here for some time, see it as a it as a very positive move by the Company in setting up the Mutual Fund......and with the conditions attached.

You can be 'in a position to take profit', if you were invested here and with reasonable expectation of a far bigger share price appreciation to come - and on the flipside, you can continue to be in a position where you can't take any profit by not being invested.

Of course, dyor with all the usual investing caveats.....etc.

Could get back 10 times what you put in, within a couple of months - good move to get in before the MF closes tomorrow!

Prefer BPC mate - they're targeting a 2 Billion barrel reserve (that's 'World Class'), moving to drilling in April.....and just waiting for their Mutual Fund to close tomorrow to give locals a chance to invest - expecting that to be way Oversubscribed.

Then the real excitement starts next week as the CEO has promised multiple RNSs in the lead up to spudding.

You may be right and certainly wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. As others have noted, the bigger push on the SP and building up on momentum, can be expected after the MF concludes tomorrow.

Also the multiple condensed release of RNSs the CEO alluded to and underpinned by the program set out recently.

Lots of News and in a very short space of time, which should certainly help the Upward price progression and deter a lot of the trading that may have occured with singular, widely spsced Newsflow.

I think some of the savvy ones are Buying in just ahead of the weekend anyway and in anticipation of the next imminant Re-rates.

Btw, that dream was complletely true, even down to wanting to Buy more stock when the massive find was discovered - no wet dream gushers though - those dried up a long time ago, lol.
