Indeed armatrading, but given the bigger picture playing out, I doubt the Company are as concerned about any transient 'uncertainty' by private investors as opposed to getting things out in a logical order and in line with the aforementioned main goal....ie DRILLING!

They'll no doubt cover the Mutual Fund first and then get the focus on the other stages towards said drilling.

Agree with the points made and should be obvious to most - the Mutual Fund is primarily a sentiment building exercise for local, high influence Bahamians.....albeit many will already hold stock through shares dealt directly tbrough the London market (prob explains some sells replaced by MF stock).

We await official RNS updates but Drilling goes ahead regardless and in line with the program and terms set out.

Sol633, I think you're 'hoping/praying' that compiling the relevant data on the Fund for inclusion in a comprehensive RNS, may result in a slight delay in releasing their RNS first thing tomorrow - hence the 'my mate' scenario!

We're all well aware of the likey strong upward price direction we can anticipate in the coming weeks, so get in like everyone else and without having to resort to deceit.

I doubt very much anywhere will be 'fossil free' in 30 years time!

I doubt any of us will be holding BPC stock by then anyway, as it'll very likely go the way of Dana Petroleum and be bought out, if oil is found.

I'm focused on nearer term considerations (regarding the investment) rather than any macro trends.....however noble or important they may be ;)

Could be a late Push into close - price creeping up on real trades!

RNSs are what we're awaiting - I'd reasonably expect a very bullish one tomorrow or Friday.

I sold all my small bitcoit / crypto currencies some time ago. At least FIAT currencies are backed by a country's economy, whereas Cryptos are backed by nothing, hence too prone to arbitrary moves and beyond specific Financial data / Newsflow etc.

We've never been closer to drilling - this is a very different scenario to any other we've been in!

Recognosing that clarifies any investment decisions made, whatever they may be.

·    Well location finalised for northern segment of the B structure

o  the well has been named Perseverance #1

o  targeting P50 recoverable prospective resources of 0.77 billion barrels of oil, with an upside of 1.44 billion barrels, solely for this northern structural closure portion of the B structure

o  In total the B structure extends for between 70 and 80 kms, has a mapped areal closure over 400 km2 and has an aggregate most likely recoverable resource potential in excess of 2.0 billion barrels

o  procured further long-lead items including drill bits and casing

After the conclusion of the Mutual Fund today, we can expect a very condensed raft of Newsflow, as indicated by the CEO's statement indicating such & the official RNS of the 31st January, detailing upcoming key events.

Many of us also suspect the anticipated Farm in announcement may also be about to land - we shall see.

Full ASK paid - only a matter of time for the next major Re-rate, imo

Drilling goes ahead regardless Shamima - the Mutusl Fund was primarily a vehicle to get local, influential investors on board and no doubt including many in the Govt. / Adminastrative ranks.

I'm wondering if they were well oversubscribed and looked to purchase more stock in the market at the prevailing rate and before the raft of Newsflow releases, which would be expected after the market is notified of the MF conclusion.

We can reasonably assume with said Newsflow, that the price would be significantly above cyrrent levels, hence the opportunity to pick up more for their investors within the 3 day period.

Probably why we saw the good uptick yesterday, imo.
