It was pretty much a given they would raise and somehow lost on those getting caught up in the wave of ramping etc and beyond the current progression of the company.

Better to be aware of such or invest in companies like BPC, who are already fully funded for their drills.

I disagree with those unequivocally stating a position regarding CEO comms based on 'legalities' and all the rest!

No ones asking for 'inside info' but perhaps a degree of insight into the protestor situation, which wouldn't be deemed as such.

PR companies are of course a first line of comms but I've spoken to many CEO's directly over the telephone and often gained a better understanding of a situation through such interaction......and without breaking any laws.

I've even been invited for coffees by CEO's to discuss concerns and even gone for drinks with another.

I'm just an ordinary shareholder.

I don't expect Mike Buck to invite me for a drink or any such thing but neither do I think it untoward to approach an employee of our company regarding the issues under question.

The BoD never claimed the Mutual Fund would be oversubscribed or not - thay have stated that we're moving towards Drilling in the time period stated.

That's 'factual' enough for me ;)

My brokers only let me put Buy/sell limits with a maximum differential from the current Share price.

I'd like to just put a good bit of mine into batches through the 20s for starters, but am unable to do so.

Indeed and as previously stated, the FARM IN could be announced at any time and now the conclusion of the Mutual Fund paves the way for the conclusion of said Farm in.

Obviously a lot of other tangable Newsflow to e pect as we move into Drilling.

And it's only a 'maximum' of 40M shares at 3.35p, so you can see it both ways regarding how the Management would limit such an issuance and with expectations of a rising price.

I don't think any agreement has been signed as if this moment, as indeed that would have already needed to be relayed to the market.

I do believe there's a 'good understanding' after so much discussion & being fully funded now, hence perhaps just a case of formalising it & officially signing off.

I expect the Farm in to be concluded & communicated to the market shortly....especially given the short timeframe to drilling.

Findme, we've never been in the position we are now and especially the progress we've made since the Macondo incident, with the various Govt decrees that have been enacted since.

We're also now fully funded to go alone if need be and as has been mentioned numerous times, a much stronger position to negotiate a better deal with those Majors.

The fact is we're still talking to them and despite being fully funded and ready to go, they're mentioned constantly in official RNSs and interviews with the Management.

Like othwrs here, I think they very much are a part of the picture going forward and expect an announcement stating such, very shortly.

That's why we'll no doubt get some Heavy buying into dips - the main thing beyond transient price moves, is the progression towards actually getting the drill bit in the ground and with further confirmation from the CEO today.

£20K Sell more like it - after hours and worked, so don't conveniently presume.

Have you noted the consistent batches of 10M sells over somw time, as someones offloading stock and exiting their position.

Why do you think that is LB28??

I'm just focused on drilling now and good to see the reiteration by the CEO.....and always good to hear 'Transformational' used in a RNS.

Not interested in speculation of oil being phased out in the next 100 years or BoD lifestyle choices or Real Estate opportunities in the Bahamas.

Just very pleased at todays RNS and looking forward to the further ones we can expect in the coming days.

Farm in definately on the cards imo and with the Mutual Fund now all wrapped up.

"Art will do his best to finish this off" - he already has finished this off!!

He cant even file the requisite forms as the company is essentially running on credit / broke!!

Cash ran out some time ago, their PR arm is non functioning and the CEO has resorted to sending abusive emails to enquiries being made.

Certainly doesn't sound like someone involved in any favourable deal but reflects the truer nature of things - a broken CEO running a company out of cash.....fast heading towards an official announcement of Liquidation of said company.

Shaeeholder interests to be wiped out essentially and dye to an incompetent, greedy CEO.
