COPL IS BROKE!!15 Feb 2020 11:05
Oilberta is correct in what he says, no matter how unpallatable it is to shareholders.
You may be well served to research Art's official statements of the past and perhaps (if you're able to) the rhetoric disemminated to various 'select'individuals, some even now prolific on this BB.
You would quickly arrive at a conclusion regarding the accuracy if his statements and underlying integrity.
Someone mentionef the previous monthly overheads of £300,000 a month for a company essentially doing nothing - doesn't that ring alarm bells??
Art has done very well from COPL and its beleaguered shareholders already.
The company can easily subsist on Credit for the the timeframe mentioned from presumed cash negative status.
The company is very likely broke and why the requisite Filings were't undertaken (direct bank payments being required) or subsequent fines paid.
Alternative loan arrangements as suggested would need to be communicated via RNS, given such a situation and as others are trying to suggest to cover up the obvious.
Ie COPL is broke and essentially running on credit for utilities, rent etc and until final official notification of Liquidation - which we can expect at any time now, imo.
