That's pretty much a given - or extremely likely, if we want to be somewhat more pedantic.

Intra day or very short term transience isn't a major issue, when we look at the bigger picture playing out to drilling.

If we're transitioning some of the stock from lower levels, all the better for a stronger platform for price growth going forward.

If we refer to the actual statement from official sources and take out any 'I'm worried but I don't know why' (probably because you're trading it) commentary from the BBs, we see a very emphatic and clear message from the CEO, delivered only last week:-

"We continue to make rapid progress toward the drilling of Perseverance #1, and REMAIN ON SCHEDULE for a well spud in April 2020. I look forward to updating shareholders on additional milestones in the coming weeks, in what we expect to be an exciting time for our Company."

On Shedule, more News coming, Exciting times!

I do know of certain CEOs who check into BBs..... not necessarily every day, but they do have an awareness of discussions that take place.

I have no idea if that applies to the BoD of Bahamas Petroleum......maybe Uncas would.

Blue finish today? Ftse looking more buoyant and hopefully we'll get a further increase from yesterday's close, as we progress through the next imminent RNS releases.

I was fortunate to have sold out of SXX Findme, albeit at a significant loss at the time. All part of my liquidating losing / stagnant positions and putting those funds to work in BPC.

That strategy is working out well so far and despite what looks like the transient dip we've experienced recently.

Next push upwards coming now, imo.

Fair enough CS, but as you say the wording used in official communications and as we've seen with Mike Buck in interviews, is very considered.

That's why his statement of being 'very confident of receiving the Exploitation Licence by the end of Q1 2020', has some considerable weight behind it.

In fairness CS, even Mike Buck was somewhat dismissive of the end of dec timeframe - the end of Q1 he stated as being 'very confident' about.

It was a personal cash injection, hence fundamentally different from previous placings.

It 'suggests' a lot and within the speculative parameters the market operates on, particularly the short timeframes one may infer from the loan against cash burn....even with tighter spending controls.

Add to that the information regarding logistics of the 2 key players ie Kola Karim & Art Millholland, then the timeframe suggestive of the $200k looks to be strongly pointing to imminant News, imo.

Again, the UPSIDE v Downside scenario here is one of the most compelling one can find, the parameters having changed now to the positive, with the recent RNSd development.
