Songwe should be valued at c27% of the NPV - subject to the MDA not having bent the numbers wildly and the Neodymium/other rare earths price getting it past break-even.

That's the minimum conversion price and they can only do it in the next three months.

We will have the DFS NPV for the US plants by then of course ...

Great news and correct me if wrong as I've just woken up but apart from putting cash concerns to bed for the year they've also marked-to-market the Poland plant at c£3m which puts our marked-to-market assets at c£17m, 6.3p.

I suspect that will have more push on the SP than the placing cash.

It'll come with the Neodymium price making the project viable - WHEN it comes it won't be a linear reaction as this is super leveraged against that number now ...

You're going to have to have ***years*** of decent production to make meaningful reductions in the debt etc - how can that happen with this mob - that's the salient point right now - yes?

Borrowing more to pay off the loan you couldn't pay off before with Gold @ $2.5k - if the US Treasury was a gold miner ......

With proper management this would be at 40p by now - 12% tells the story though regardless of whatever nonsense is spouted on here, that's what the money guys think of the risk profile.
