I would expect some kind of resistance @ c560k but the major targets appear to be 650k / 975k / 1.2m.

At (IIRC) 2k tons pa of Neodymium coming out of Songwe, that's c$150m, c$180m / c$270m / c$330m gross revenue from Neodymium alone.

This is a two-year hold from here to wring the max out of it IMO and we've almost certainly seen the mcap low.

I didn't express it very clearly perhaps but my buyout point earlier was referring to the one-stop-shop IP/IQ build that's clearly in progress - everything you need from scrap junk to valuable (and GREEN) powder/magnets in one place - that's not easy to put together and as you suggest, when a big fish comes along they'll pay a very hefty premium to pick up a ready made solution.

Remember that the likes of Bosch will literally be forced to do deals because of the EU's CMRA - this isn't the usual pie in the sky thinking - and other parties (money guys/VC/industrialists et al) are aware of the fact they're they're going to have to spend that money.

At some point, someone is going to blink.

The Agreement

As part of the Agreement, Maginito will assist Inserma with marketing Inserma products and technologies internationally by introducing Inserma to potential customers with whom Maginito is engaging for scrap feed supply, including major hyperscale data centre providers, shredding companies and other potential customers. Furthermore, Maginito will assist with arranging funding, where required, for R&D prototypes, demonstration and commercial plants for deployment internationally, including the initial purchase within the next 12 months by HyProMag, HyProMag GmbH and HyProMag USA LLC ("HyProMag USA") of three HDD pre-processing units ("Inserma Processing Units") for Germany (delivered), the UK and the United States at a cost of approximately 40 thousand Euros per unit.

Inserma will work exclusively with Maginito in the field of rare earths, and Maginito will work exclusively with Inserma in the field of pre-processing solutions for HDDs, loudspeakers and certain aspects of magnet recovery from electric motors, subject to Inserma's continued ongoing support during commissioning, operation and product development of respective pre-processing units, and to achieving certain technical milestones validated by continuous commercial tests at facilities of HyProMag, HyProMag GmbH and HyProMag USA.

Maginito will receive an automatic sub-licence for Inserma intellectual property developed to date in relation to rare earth magnet recovery at zero cost for the period of the Agreement, being two years, automatically extended thereafter for six month periods.

Both Maginito and Inserma will work together to implement the business model for commercialisation, scale-up and international roll-out of the Inserma technologies in parallel with HyProMag technologies, including:

· Joint marketing of pre-processing units for magnet recovery globally;

· Inserma builds, installs, sells or leases the unit to Maginito/HyProMag or to a third party customer;

· Inserma provides technical support to commission and maintain the unit; and

· Maginito has the exclusive offtake rights for pre-processed scrap from the customer.

Step-by-step, and seemingly with the market still oblivious to it, MKA are assembling a warchest of IP and IQ points in the rare earths recycling sector - note the two-year IP swap above - someone thinks a buyout is on the cards.

Neodymium up 1.79% again today @ CNY513k, that's now +9.73% for the month.

We've just been told that they've recently pocketed c£2.8m in funding so add that to the £17m of marked to market assets and this should be at 7s but AIM does like giving free money away at times.

Until the freebies (those big trades) run out of course.

Nice to see the Neodymium price ticking up past its recent mini-peak - I'm as close as I'll ever be to calling breakout there (and here) without it actual happening.

Won't be long - remember the leverage, +1% on Neodymium is probably worth +4% here so keep stacking the shares imo.

Interesting to see the rise in Neodymium is bigger in Dollars than CNY because the Dollar has taken a beating these past weeks.

Neodymium is +10% in Dollars in the last month.

Re SP moves - well with all other things being equal the long-term Descending Wedge is broken on Monday unless the SP drops to 5p which on face value looks to be impossible/a free money offering so let's assume it won't.

What the MMs decide to do about it from next week is up to them but many will be looking at this now with the same eyes as me from a purely TA perspective - i.e. you've likely got 1.5 days left at 5s to fill your boots.

The market won't of course translate an NPV to an mcap at 1:1 for 191p - it'll be 30% of NPV at best but 14x baggers do happen and any NPV/mcap related figure here streaks exponentially vertical if Rare Earths streak vertical - again ...

An interesting close at the new c5.8p floor valuation and a nice late reported million share trade rolled in too.

Someone on Twitter mentioned that this is ripe for an II taking a serious stake and I agree - I take note of the number of 100,000 share trades today.

Next week, or maybe even tomorrow, will capture our attention I suspect - the chart is gagging for it now.
