Thanks Leisurely. So, the the number of shares in DDDD will go from 131.5m to approx 151m. I wonder will the longevity shareholders cash-in after the merger - hard to know what will happen. Anyway, I'm here for the long term - exiting times ahead.
Hi, I bought DDDD shares in April 2020 and I'm holding for long term. I've a question about the merger that I hope someone here could help with. The Oct RNS said Longevity will own 13.1% of the issued share capital of DDDD after the merger - where will these shares come from? Will DDDD issue new shares? I don't understand how it will work. Thanks.
