I think it might go back to being quiet now Jersey for the next 3 months+ until we get some more solid news and the next leg up.

Investors,

Keep it realistic at present we are still on a consistent solid rerate to 1.5p - 2p, with a gradual build up of people creating positions.

I've seen 80% buys to 20% sells also around £200k buys per day approximately. The past highs were 4p - 5p so again this is a seriously realistic targets. Could be a fantastic year for BMV and investors.

We need to keep in mind the following:

The hype train has yet to arrive. I Suspect that will be in the next few weeks/months.

Mountain mining permit (it will occur just a matter of when) if it doesn't we drop if it does we Rocket.

3rd gold mine JV partnership (potentially)

Philippines was not included in the value at all time high of 5ps...

if your wondering how I did my basic Mcap calculations, I added the investment value and rounded down to £4m even though it's not our money they are still financing a project we are invested in.

We have 3 mines Gubong’s, Kochang and Batangas. we tried to do it ourselves and failed for at least 2 years...

1 of those mines Batangas was wrote off in that time frame... came back as the proposed free carry that is being progressed.

Clearly making serious headway as BMV have decided to do that with another one... The interview last month said they were doing this no one expected it was this far down the line in progression and it's fantastic that it is.

Mcap is lower/equal to the investment at present "capital commitment of around US$7 million" This was worth 4p+ during the promise phase with 2 mines. Alight Research valued it at 16p around that time...

We've dropped massively and the company has very little faith due to consistent bad news... which is why we are where we are... This is easily worth 1.5p now due to Mcap to investment alone.... I'm hoping for a rerate to 4p...

DYOR I am a LTH with a plan of small amounts at 4p+ gradually, Chunk at 9p+ Chunk at 14p+ I'm hopping the Share stays at 1p for longer so I can continue to fill my boots...

That's the exact issue, it's lazy box ticking... This may not end well if they try to pander to the very vocal minority that have been working their way through multiple works of fiction.

I've followed this since it exploded on HL at 4p... brought a bit and left but still kept my eye on it... then came back heavy last year cause it looks good and it still looks good! I suspect it is politically difficult now which is why I'd prefer a JV with a Korean Investor. So truth be told I prefer this news to any attempted dilution...

It sounds to me like they thought they did everything right, hit a brick wall and need to have someone local to grease the palms of government... Someone mentioned awhile back that BMV were in talks with someone, so that is what they must of been on about...

but yeah this is going to be another 2 years before it explodes if were lucky...

I cannot see how they'd consider that, they have all taken pay cuts and increased their cash position last year... so until we have the mining permit something like that would be pointless the share is already at rock bottom... if that is the case it could be a sunk ship. So I very much hope you are wrong. I'll be holding my position.

I really appreciate the information and input, I'm learning and watching what I do just information can be a minefield... I can tell the Scams without issue... and avoid CFDs and spread betting. For exactly what you have said, But terminology throws me sometimes and understanding those aspects will be a constant learning element for me.

I really appreciate your posts and they have helped me understand what I'm looking at more... I tend to find when reading up on these sort of things I need 1 - 2 lines of information but everyone likes to turn it into indepth walls... when I just need the top down view. for a basic understanding.

What amount of dilution would we be talking 100%, 1000% or 10000%?

Ask yourselves, have you ever been in a position where you can see incompetence, but cannot do anything about it?

We've had life line, lets hope they can get it back on track...

we might end up with a stupid amount of dilution, but better than being wiped out which is what we are still looking at...
