I am confident, that BMV will be OK and do well and agree with everything Jersey has said. The annoying thing for all of us is we could of taken a large percentage and invested it else where and came back for the same price... but no one can predict the markets... lol

I also think that this is the bottom for the share either way I will continue to build a position slowly at this price within my ISA as the assets and investment are worth more than current Mcap...

Yeah, but they want to actually see changes and progression... with the TMUP still pending. it gives the illusion of nothing has changed...

The share has been pending aspects since 2021? and live since 2017... So people are waiting for something tangible...

Give it time and we can take advantage of increasing a position slowly...

So it looks like maybe people we're trying to find the bottom? which is 0.95 or abit less... either way this is nuts price...

It is suspected that he and his company are responsible for GRLs current position and difficulties. There is no proof and it's only suspected as to why he has been removed from the board.

However judging by the progress achieved since those changes and there could be weight to it however unlikely to even be proven.

Absolutely, to make everyone here feel better. RR. announced they were reinstating dividends last week... (massive considering they had scraped b4 covid.) Their down 30p... It's happening on all shares nothing to worrie about regarding BMV.

During the investor meeting Aiden mentioned timelines regarding production.

RNS Source 8742W "· Estimated initial production can be started between 6-9 months following relevant permitting with the initial plan being to process via a toll treatment agreement."

The time frame of late 2024 or early 2025 is too optimistic. So to allow me to plan ahead, I've pushed back my plans and targets to late 2025 and 2026. (sooner is better obviously)

The share price has dropped instead of a gradual rerate, even though we're in a better position. But none of this is reflected by the share price...

We now have a market Cap of £7.66m, so we are clearly undervalued, the amount commited by the JV + our own assets are worth more than the current Mcap...

So I suspect until bureaucracy is completed, we will not go anywhere which I have mixed feelings about it means I can continue to drip feed my position. But also delays my plan's. I am still confident in BMV! But I was hoping for a rerate towards 2p - 4p with all the news.

My plans are:

At 4p take out £400 every month at for 12 months.

at 9p take out a chuck for another investment position diversing my shares

at above that, take all out for property.

I'm unsure how long you have been here, but there's nothing to be concerned about. BMV are in a strong position, what upsets and concerns people is the time frame.

I was hoping for 2025 - 2026 now we're looking 2026 - 2027...

it had rose over 200% from 0.6p - 1.8p having it fall back to towards 1p is gutting for all of us. But again we are still in a strong position, no matter how much you have invested of course you are concerned.

IMO anything below the directors paid price is a solid investment (2.2p) they have HUGE amounts of shares at that price...

This share will be all about how long you are willing wait without your money invested. When it was down to 0.6p I lost 33% of my value... I still held. My advice to you is setup a plan for yourself and stick to it.

Yeah, I did. So he is Interim CEO not director (my mistake) and he is going to be for the foreseeable future. Possibly expecting to require someone with more experience in mining Much further down the line. So that makes sense and resolves my concerns. It's Put simply is cost saving.

Batangas and Kochang are going to be the 1st to make massive progress. I suspect Share Price wise we are not going to go anywhere for the next 6 months or longer, But all of it was very positive.

I took out £2k to avg down another position. I do think that BMV will do well and look forward to what tomorrow brings however at this stage I don't think any games are being played with this stock I just do not think we have the interest at present.

The data looks good, but this needs to translate and to do that we need more activity...

Thinking Why are you only Interim Director as considering the momentum BMV have after many years surely you'd want to see the outcome.

How come Gubong which is where we had spent all our time. The exact same deal was reached? Surely it should of been less percentage of that mine or more captial.

I can see why PI's would think its not a good deal and kind of agree. However if BMV could have done it on their own, they would of by now...

If it means we get the TMUP sorted in 6 months and are on the road to produce in another 6 - 9 months its worth it... They need to get production going and progressing... I defintely would say the plan is a take over later on down the line though.

Didn't sell down avg'd down to 3.9p and 6p, So yeah. What can be expected from someone just chatting crap and insulting anyone trying to provide a more balanced opinion.

Anytime, it's just difficult to filter people who want to geniunely provide information and those saying GOOD/BAD things just to try and result in the price changing.

@Smiler888 Yeah, they have raised 800k was the last dilution. However it finally looks to be bearing fruit....

They shouldn't need anymore Cash, if what they have stated is true. Which is what will result in the recovery or their attempt to raise more funds.

They have 6 months to prove to us they can do, what they have stated. If so we will easily go back to 10p as that was the price in 2021.

But again this has to be proven by GRL.

Hey, Why would they do that? Pretty sure last time I checked ALL directors and owners of the shares were 2.2p approximately or above. It seems Odd to do this when we are on the UP trend. is it possible there is some clause they have that after leaving the BoD you have to sell your shares?
