Unfortunately, a lot of damage has already been done, with a lot of people cancelling or postponing trips - largely because they are worried about the regulations changing while they are away, plus the general hassle and costs of tests/paperwork etc. I think the likes of Easyet and IAG can survive the next month or so with reduced bookings, but if it drags on beyond that, given the high fixed overheads of airlines, they could both be looking for extra finance. (I hope not, because I am balls deep in both).

Jtan - it was about the hysterical overaction to the Covid crisis. No denial that it exists, or was created by Bill Gates or FiveG phone masts, simply an opinion on the relative risks, and the consequences of the the current hysterical response. I read a lot of posts, but don't post much myself. What I will say is this - whether you like Falkland or not, his predictions for the Lloyds share price have been pretty accurate, and while his style may grate on some, he conducts himself with a certain decorum , and a dollop of self-awareness and self-deprecating humour. If you don't like what he says, ignore it, but at least he is not generally rude or offensive.
If only the same could be said for Rosewall, who strikes me as a smug, petty-minded know-it-all, who takes offence even where none was intended. I know whose posts I prefer, and yes, I did my own research.

Falkland - I have followed your posts on Lloyds with interest - I am in quite heavily (for me) there, and your predictions have proved fairly accurate to this point. I am now in to a lesser degree here at 105p, so I hope your predictions for Rolls prove to be just as accurate. Cheers.
