RE: IAG related10 Jan 2022 12:55
BB - UKOG brings back bad memories for me - had quite a few going back about 5 years, but failed to sell when they shot up to about 8 pence (Broadford Bridge?) , and ended up losing out badly - my fault, got in too deep. I've done what you have done, with a small flutter on another AIM share, but only ever with a small amount of money I can comfortably write off if need be - I definitely learned a lesson about AIM shares there. That said, thought I was playing it safe by investing in a strong , reliable company with decent dividends by buying IAG, only for a global pandemic to bring the airline industry to a halt!
Anyway, good luck there - at the current price it's probably a reasonable punt.
