fordm - no, and yes! Always had natural aversion to rules and authority (you can imagine how much I have enjoyed the last 2 years), Perhaps I was dropped on my head as a child.
Anyway - you are right - this neighbours thing, coming so soon after the Suga incident, is almost too much to bear. Only 2.00 pm and I am already choking for a voddie and coke. At least the share price is up today (see what I did there?).

Have to say that I am quite upset by the lack of empathy/ consideration being displayed on this board today. Apparently, Channel 5 will be cancelling 'Neighbours', and this in turn may lead to the show being cancelled altogether.
How you can carry on discussing petty issues around share prices, investments, and money at a time like this both shocks and mystifies me.

Yep - if it was just exiting the pandemic, then fine, but there are so many other factors, from Ukraine, fuel prices, cost of living crisis, the climate...etc etc.
Jesus, I have just depressed myself, and have banned myself from drinking before 5.00pm.

After the last set of results, the share price initially spiked up to 180, then went into a gradual tailspin after that down into the 150's, before the Omicron fiasco drove it down into the 120's. Have no idea what will happen this time, but hope that the trajectory of the price will be driven more by optimism of future, post pandemic travel returning to something closer to normal (whatever that is), than by one set of results.

A tough one for me - I have a friend who lives in Western Australia, and I normally like to visit every other year, normally in Feb, when it's about 5 degrees here and about 40 there. However, having viewed what has been going on over there with shock/horror, I honestly don't think I would go right now if you paid me. Maybe in a year or two.
