Just a couple of this that have struck me -
1) Peel are hard task masters
2) Site preparation is not just laying concrete there is a lot of pile-driving to be done first.

TP3 - Unlike you I do have faith in Peel, in fact it was their involvement that attracted me to PHE - however my faith does not extend to being too pleased with their performance to date. Still, having visited the Protos site I am aware of the progress elsewhere on the site as a whole, albeit little to show on 10b up to now.
Peel will deliver their sites, I'm convinced, when? is my only concern!!

Hi Bob, Fully recognise your eagerness to promote PHE but first impressions are paramount
and can switch people off before they get started - especially regarding intro's disclaimers etc.

Totally agree with your comments re access road as per you Thurs 21.04 post. I noticed that you have
one or two nice looking watering places in the village so perhaps we can whet our whistles the next time round. I do believe you may have found a good contact there, as a min, if nothing else!!

Quite agree TP3 - nothing new and I am very surprised that our Chairman says work has started !! I notice that Tim has his 'tame' interviewers and someone a little more aggressive would put him to the sword.!!

To my mind the hot topic is not about the DMG. It's about the start of work at Protos.
It's the lack of site progress that is driving SP and confidence down.
So, we are to have a time lapse camera!! Wow,. Seems par for the course 'time lapse '!!
