NutH -
Having started this thread I am not sure that I have the time or the inclination to disect contracts/MOUs etc etc - all I say is that I am unhappy.
Your answer @18.26 gave four way that HUI would benefit. Indeed I was of the opinion when I first bought into PHE that not only would there be the .5M ackers for the DMG (from Peel) but figures were quoted by the learned ones here that there would be weigh-bridge fees of so much a ton on the plastic that we take in - likewise (but not sure about the position )re the sales of Hydrogen,Electricity and Heat. Now it seems that all other non Peel ventures will benefit HUI. - you then expand with another paragraph road-fill etc etc. - That according to your answer benefits HUI - no mention of PHE.

Mentioned believes ,like I do, that there could be a conflict of interest in Howard's advisory role with Hui. I wonder what agreement he has with PHE regarding that role and I wonder what the exact division of profit sharing exists between the two Polish partners and Mr White. You then say 'but if it leads to unit sales then we all gain' . Well I am pretty sure it will lead to unit sales, but that is about it - when there is so much more that we are happy to let go just to acquire 'unit sales' . We are being Royally Screwed!!

Why would we have left everything to Tim and Peel, when we supposedly had our very own salesman in an easy going fellow called White? I echo your sentiments about Peel, effing useless up to now and I called out the fact that we were losing first mover position due to their apathy.
I'm glad somebody shares my concern.
That's it on this point - no more from me. Cheers all and thanks for your responses
PS none of it made me feel any happier.
