Not sure I really want to join this debate but....
I think the point people are making is the same one that I have tried to make on the PHE board where a certain individual who is 'Only trying to be helpful' has an inside track to the directors and disseminates bits of info that he claims 'he has been told' to the plebs.
Surely RK with your years in the business you will appreciate the need to treat ALL shareholders alike. There will always be those that seek to gain an edge, however well meaning they think they are - AND there will always be those that vehemently disagree with that course of action, myself included.

So, am I right in thinking then , given the strong vote of confidence from Linde, that there is already a completed DMG unit up and running somewhere. Linde surely must have inspected the DMG otherwise they are just taking Hui at their word that the thing really exists and works!! And is our NonExec James hiding something from us?

I seem to remember there was talk of a Shell Ellesmere Port interest/link with PHE a while ago and someone mentioned a hydrogen pipeline between the two. Again I seem to think that Essar no occupy that Shell site and may in fact be a subsidiary of Shell!!

We have lost any grip we had - the PHE show is dependent on White and his merry band

Dr A - You will by now have filtered everyone except those that fawn at your feet. Stop being an ass, grow up FFS and stop interfering with the machinations of this company. Leave it to the people that have been appointed to run the company, you are a non- entity on the board of management. Yes you maybe a shareholder, yes you may be down significantly, we all are that is why we are on this board - and have to put up with your never-ending schemes to get yourself attention. Go and make a cartoon film of yourself and put it on Facebook/Instagram or where ever you think you will get the most attention. You appear to me to have a serious inferiority complex and are trying to prove something to yourself.

Alkin, I do believe the learned Doctor was originally calling for support for an EGM - we would not be able to call for an AGM!!

I agree with your comments about the 'last thing he needs to do' however 'the first thing he needs to do' is to stop aggravating and agitating and try and do what he did a few months ago - take a rest after all this page managed very well without him. Since then we are seeing the share price falling due to confidence issues which he is not helping by 'trying to be helpful'

What is going on? I'm not sure what the hell is going on - I know that my holding is now in the red and sinking.

I do not subscribe to the views on here that we should be chasing EGMs or similar - I do not subscribe to Dr A's constant
blurb that he is 'only trying to be helpful'! As far as I am concerned this company, PHE, can survive and do very well without
shareholder 'interference' !!
I am not a fan of DrA - a fact that is probably well known on this board, he was reprimanded recently for his actions and he went very quiet for a while. He is now back in full egotistic swing and believes that his 8M odd holding gives hims a god given right to try and influence things.
We are all concerned at the lack of visible progress - but I do not see Dr A's name among the officers of this company and I am quite prepared to sit and wait for the inevitable share rise.

My own holding is not small but I am really surprised that those holding 250M odd shares are like lemmings, or is it rats following the Pied Piper.
