I did a dummy purchase of 100,000 when I first posted today got a quote for 17.35p, at the time 17.28 was being quoted so just over the ask for that quantity then ,3.45pm , but things change as we all know.

... that Sam Moody and co can collect their annual bonus this year as I believe they will have met the targets required to do so. Hence the sale of the Egyptian Assets , clever eh!

Annual bonus
For 2019, the Executive Director annual bonus will be determined as a percentage of base salary based on performance against pre agreed corporate and personal objectives.

The Committee has agreed the following objectives for the financial year ending 31 December 2019:

> Portfolio management including mergers, asset acquisitions and disposals to strengthen the Company’s balance sheet

Further to the disappearing posts, Nigoil was also on the list of names that disappeared so I think we can rule out any boiler room theories. If I remember correctly he said my post was rubbish. ( both now gone)

Not sure what has happened to all the posts since late last night, they have disappeared from all posters, except one from Auson at 9.24 which seems to have stayed, although I thought he posted 2 this morning so one of his might have gone.

Auson, not one person on here has any true knowledge of what will happen here regarding OM or funding, so whether there is 31 or 1031 posts it means zilch, I can assure you of that.

What reasons? That we are just managing to hold on to the 18p sell handle!

I used to think I was cleverer than Mr Market, but I've come to realize that he is usually correct, no one thinks this is going to happen, I'm gutted as I really do want this to turn around but clearly no one believes it will.

What I don't understand is the vast majority of them are for under £1000 , so if you were a holder why both to sell for the sake of a few hundred quid why not just stay and see it through, when the rewards could be great if it all comes to fruition.

Auson, the spread is small but they mostly look accurate to me.

That boat sailed years ago, the vast amount of the losses has already taken place. As for selling the rest at 18p or 9p is inconsequential.
I see that there is an endless steam of sell though, perhaps some are in the know as to the outcome of all this.

Nigoil its not always easy to keep up with what your exact average is, I am in the same situation. Only an approx average.
I've traded this share literally, many hundreds of times is different size tranches across multiple platforms, SIpp, ISA, regular share account plus spread betting. You've also got to factor in roll overs on a three monthly basis for spreadbetting so it is very easy to lose track of every bet, some winning some losing. Also even though I have been in from the start, I had a break of 5 years approx 2011-2016 doing no trading , I just consigned these to the bottom draw. Only back now as it seem close to an outcome, one way or the other.

Just to play the devil advocate for a moment, the fact that the directors have not bought any shares for 5 year is perhaps their signal that this will never happen! And that people that do invest only have themselves to blame!
Personally I sincerely hope this not the case, as I have a shed load invested here and have lost quite enough already!

The use of the word improvement is a joke, all I have seen in the last 7 years is deterioration!
I understand completely where you are coming from Kurgan2.0.
Shareholders are rightly pi**ed off, but we are hanging in here as selling really is not an option at 19p.
I just hope they can get this financing sorted and perhaps then we can actually make some money for a change. :-)
