Please correct me if I have got this wrong, but it seems we will have a larger debt to pay down with a smaller percentage of the project to do so.
However as I said before the likelihood of the project happening is now perhaps greater hence the rise.

Existing funding arrangements between Rockhopper and Premier are to be
replaced such that Rockhopper is funded for all pre- and post-sanction costs
not met by senior debt by Premier and/or Navitas through a combination of
carry and loans.

Premier will carry all of Rockhopper's costs from 1 January 2020 to 1 March
2020 (being the effective date for the Transaction) and on a bridging basis
pending completion of the Transaction (the "Carry").

Premier and Navitas will fund all of Rockhopper's project development costs
(excluding production area licence fees and taxes) from 1 March 2020 to Phase
1 Project Completion (estimated to occur 9-12 months after first oil) through
an interest free loan ("Loan"). Funds drawn under the Loan will be repaid from
85% of Rockhopper's working interest share of free cash flow.

no mention anymore of the 337m free carry that was previously in place.

suresh786, my understand is that it no longer exists. still trying to understand whether we are better of or not , my feel is that is is worst but at least we are perhaps closer to the project happening hence he rise.

Agreed Comertoes , I have several users on filter in fact out of the last 25 posts, only about 8 are showing rest are in green boxes. Keep up to date with sensible posts like moggers and a few others and drown out the noise!

I think Boris was our best chance out of the candidates so thank goodness he won. Obviously there is a negativity about the oil sector at the moment but unless we all want to stay at home and freeze then there really is no alternative for the moment for our overall energy needs. From that stand point then this project makes a lot of sense , jobs, revenue , and Falklands paying down there debt to UK, independent supply. A lot of boxes ticked I think.

LTInv a very brief summary,

What exactly RKH is waiting for? Premier Oil are in the driving seat owning 60% of Sealion, we all await news of funding primarily from UK export Credit fund. Also waiting for the sale of Premier Oil Zama find in Mexico to help easy finances.

What are the timelines? could be anytime now , request submitted in July I think.

Is RKH in the position of surviving until then? should be OK especially if the Egypt assets sale goes through , 1 qu next year.

What are other assets or projects that could potentially represent a plan-B? There is no plan B, Curly thinks it to difficult to try and put one together! go figure.

My current worry is that we are given the go ahead and the SP only goes to the mid 20's. So yes 70% rise but hardly great is it. That is a fraction of what i need.

I am quite happy to keep my RKH shares thanks, maybe I will make a packet like you or lose like you, but at least I am not trying to drag others in to help my cause by spouting stong buy etc.. . All the time.

Nigoil, you need to step back and look at things from other peoples perspective , you by your own admission have made a vast sum previously from RKH, others have not been so lucky/clever, however you like to look at it. Shareholders here are hurting and your arrogance of making vast sums does not by any stretch of the imagination endear yourself on here! This may still come good, I don't know, you certainly don't know, it's just a gamble you may well be able to afford, but please don't be telling us its a dead cert. The share price action says nobody knows anything positive about this, down again today.
For some reason I hang on to believe that oillesky/frogga were on to something last week, absolute silence from them since,not sure why, just hoping they are proved correct.
And please stop with the boiler room crap , there really is no need of that on here, this share can fend for itself by just a little decent PR instead of or indeed as well as paying curly a wage!

You know Auson, what I can't get head around is that some shareholders totally ignore Nigoils and your constant uplifting posts and still sell, it beggars belief! ;-)
However I'm putting my faith in oilliesky and hanging in here perhaps adding a few along the way.

Bootle, I also bought 12k and 5k both showed as sells. So forget the trades info. The 5k I bought at 16.12 I think which was slightly lower that the mid of 16.05 and 16.32 at the time.

You just don't get it do you Auson, it's the sheer frustration of the posters that is being vented . Some posters on here have lost so much already that crystallizing the loss is just not an option whiles they can still hang on and it might seem like an oxymoron that they give off but that is how I feel inside to. Yes I am in deep here and no doubt that is my fault for believing all the hype from the management over the years. I can assure you I will be positively delighted if this comes good as I have approx 350,000 shares here.
