Godders99, best not to engage to much with simples as according to simples no-one has lost anything on rockhopper and there should be no disgruntled shareholders even through the momumental drop from over £5.00 to 13p, we are all delusional in believe that we have lost anything. Simples is only here to post for the good of all the supposed readers of this BB that have the capacity to read but don't post anything! Really!! The rest of us are just liars and paid to be here, you couldn't make it up.
I Actually hope simples is right and there is good news on way and I'm sure many on here feel the same, but his attitude on here to many of us is disgraceful.

As I said Nigoil I have averaged down as much as possible at this point, An extra 100,000 spreadbet only costs 1/4 of the full cost . my god you are one skeptical person, this is my last post on the subject I know you will not be convinced so that's it from me on this.

In answer to your question as pointless as it is as I cant hope to prove it to you. but for what its worth
ISA 85,415 shares
Regular share account 100,000 shares
SIPP 51,466 shares (which I bought for £149,687 back in the day currently worth £8500 approx so pension down the toilet currently)
IG spreadbet account equivalent of 204,500 shares
I think that qualifies me as a reasonable size holder here. I have brought my average down as much as possible at this point because I do believe this is a truly fantastic opportunity, just can't understand why it has take so long to get to this point and yes I know about PMO debt, oil price etc etc etc reasons.
Before you ask I'm in to deep to sell out now will just wait and see what happens.

I hope your optimism on RKH is not just based on the number of posters who say things out of frustration with the time its taken to achieve anything.
I invested several £100K here a years ago and now it is worth a few 10's k, no one want this to succeed more than me.

BlooBird, if you read a bit further down the RNS the carry is defined as below. If one were to be cynical the only reason for the word "carry" to be there is to distract from the fact is is not really there!! Because how much is likely to be spent between these two dates.

Premier will carry all of Rockhopper's costs from 1 January 2020 to 1 March
2020 (being the effective date for the Transaction) and on a bridging basis
pending completion of the Transaction (the "Carry").

1800m to first oil
old arrangements
40% RKH so 720m minus the 337 carry =383m in debt with 40% to repay it with

new arrangements
30% RKH so 540m minus the 0 carry =540m in debt with 30% to repay it with
no allowance for interest
