George Frangeskides, Exec-Chair at Alba Mineral Resources, discusses grades at the Clogau Gold Mine. Watch the full video here.
This is in line with the PY AGM Resolutions:

If you were concerned about dilution and a further demise of the share price, I would suggest reviewing their cash position and their burn rate.
The entity will work throughout Q4 to rectify the share price. The go-live of the exchange will likely change the direction of the share price trajectory and generate a stream of revenue that may not require any further dilutions.
Still waiting.....
Feels like some selling from the issue of shares.
Possibly the MMs trying to ensure they have enough stock for the next surge.
Wouldn't be surprised if this does well later in the week.
Another decent RNS in March could see the share continue on a strong rise.
They're just trying to push the price down further to grab more shares. Probably because of their underlying sentiment in relation to the potential of the share.
Traders vs investors.
Full disclosure- I know I wouldn't want to be trading this.
Not even invested here, but I can't figure out why this one isn't moving. No market sentiment anywhere at the moment.
It's standard practise to announce when the AGM will be. This is so that shareholders know when to attend. Im guessing, but I think that the reason why the rest of the market has been notified so late will be due to the fact that the main shareholders are already attending. They hold enough votes (shares) to already cast anticipated majorities.
I doubt anything additional will be discussed in the AGM but I could be wrong.
This is what I'm expecting. Either that, or they will be treated as though they are a cessation product.
I would expect to see them on the counters of shops in the UK rather than behind the shutters.
I thought you said that you thought there was a gap that needed to be filled....?
Or has the theory changed.
Why has the main man Dave only put £10k in...
After looking at the directors holdings, his total holding is 100,000 shares. It would be far more comforting if the directors of the business were far more personally vested in the project.
Dave has talked a good game about the future of the project, why hasn't this been backed up with his own personal investment when he clearly had an opportunity to in the latest raise. I would be surprised if he actually paid for these. Far more likely that they were awarded as part of his remuneration package.
Thoughts? I hope I'm wrong.
This quarters trading update could be particularly exciting. Been a lot going on.
I think the only thing holding the price back now are sales figures. One quarter showing exponential growth could really put the shorts in a an expensive situation.
Pretty sure a conversion of loan notes wouldn’t show up as buys on the open market. The transaction is held directly between the third party and the entity.
Additionally if the loan notes had been converted in pretty sure that the entity would have to issue an RNS detailing the new denominator of shares for all holders to determine if they have to fill a TR-1.
99% certain that John Story has nothing to do with Ox.
It is a valid concern and effectively the main argument posed by shorters. However if you dig deeper it becomes apparent that the entity is being backed by parties with a significant interest in the company and also significant pockets to back the entity up. Additionally the company now has a relationship with AATAC where other means of credit will be available to allow the business to run smoothly from a cash perspective (such as invoice discounting).
Let’s go deeper. The company has hit all time high after all time high. I have been invested in companies with poor cash flow and liquidity in the past. Whenever there is a high in the price those companies typically make use of the premium and issue shares to obtain capital at a favourable rate from their perspective.
Zoetic has seen similar highs and spikes. No issues of shares. If they were desperate the natural conclusion would be for them to make use of these highs.
Going further John Story has just acquired another 1% let’s say approx 1.5m shares. He bought these on the open market, they were not new issues. Again if they were desperate for cash the company would have surely used his sentiment and offered him a discounted price to issue further stock (approx 1.5m) to raise capital. They haven’t.
Reading between the lines it looks like they’re doing fine from a cash perspective.
I think the priority is ensuring a successful and efficient roll out of products to AATAC. Getting steady and reliable cash flows in place would take priority over admin for me.
I would also far rather the share price reflecting strong operational growth and performance. Rather than lots of hype driven by being a cannabis stock. They still have a small team and reading between the lines the amount of work that they will have will be immense. If it means that they’re focused on getting the company right rather than the admin, then I’m happy.
I started off as a sceptic. I have a highly stressful job. Decided to take the gummies when things get particularly ridiculous. I was incredibly surprised with how feelings on anxiety subsided. It enabled me to think clearly when I’ve been under the greatest amount of pressure.

The bear attack may not have been as successful as planned
I can’t see the posts from Normski anymore....?
Reported, deleted, ran away with tail between legs after AEXG....?
In all seriousness, despite differences of opinion, I do hope the financial impact for them isn’t too bad. I’ve been on the wrong side of heavy losses. All I can say is thank god for Zoetic.
I’ve been here for a long ish time now and I’ve seen the shorters come and go.
Great to see the same names posting the same reasons why I’m still very long on this one. Looking forward to seeing these products next to the till in the shop down the road.
It’s so rare to find a stock where the path seems so reasonable and clear.
That ananda is secretly buying on the dips. I love my little lucky charm ;).
