Hi Jive Turkey, What do you think of Andrew Pannu' s ADC map that is on Twitter? This is a visual display of what is happening in the ADC market. It looks very exciting. Plenty of M&A in the ADCs. Of course, Avacta's AVA0028 and AVA0032 are not on the map .. yet. (we are under the radar). Also, Avacta uses Affimers whereas all the other companies use ADCs Antibodies (the clue is in the name) Antibodies are inherently much bigger and tricky to manufacture (compared to Affimers) so the quality is the same. I am a member of the telegram group. Yes, a meeting with AS and FM definitely occurred. I personally know two of the lucky 7 attendees. I am a member of the TG group and represent my immediate family of 5 (me & my wife & 3Ks).

We have been obsessed with Avacta for 4+ years and maxed out on all the ISAs over that time. Also, I have a large Avacta holding in my SIPP too. When you total up all the investments in all the pots over that time, it is very easy to see how 'little old me' representing my family has way more than the average £130K per member. I have not included my brother in Devon who has a decent holding; my millionaire brother in the USA who has a decent holding; or my neighbour who has a decent holding (with his wife & 2Ks also maxed out on ISAs). None of these additional people are TG members.. so I think the average investment of £130K/member is not representative. When you paw over the data, the IP and what will happen in the future, it is a very easy decision to invest and hold in Avacta. When you know .. you know. DYOR

That would create an influx of potential patients who will want treatments for ailments that they did not know they have. I really feel sorry for the NHS as they can't cope now. If the testing is rolled en masse, which it will, then the poor NHS would be inundated. They would have to accept the rationing word... which all political parties don't want to discuss but is already going on.

As I understand, you accept the offer and you select how many other shares you like to buy. You make sure that you have the funds in your account/s that cover the purchase of these additional shares which may/may not happen. I assume that you will be charged a transaction fee... to me that seems reasonable. but I do not know. In the scheme of things, what is there not to like?

Technological change happens much the same way. Small changes accumulate, and suddenly the world is a different place. Throughout my career, we’ve tracked and fostered a lot of “gradually, then suddenly” movements: the World Wide Web, open source software, big data, cloud computing, sensors and ubiquitous computing, and now the pervasive effects of AI and algorithmic systems on society and the economy. .. and now Avacta ... on how it changed the Pharmaceutical world .. we will see.

Dear Tom_the_bomb, there is nothing like a good ramp. I sincerely hope you are right. .. I am very excited... and very nervous too. I have sleepless nights. I have all my eggs in one basket here and hope I won't be disappointed... but when??

I come back here from Telegram's Avacta group (it is a free App you can download and use either on a computer or mobile phone); basically to see if I am missing out on anything. OMG, your discussions are like a bunch of squabbling kids. I am so glad I left. I will come back to see if you have grown up and have something insightful to say.

AS said that we will hear before the end of Q3, so with a bit of luck, we should get a couple of RNSs before the end of September, not August. Previously, AS has been overly optimistic with his predicted timescales .. so I think the end of September is more likely. I really want it sooner too, but we will just have to be patient.
